Between yesterday and today I have lost all patience with the twisting and contorting by some, that she caused her own demise. Or her wife did. I have read the most horrible comments about her I have ever seen seriously in my life that were written publicly and with glee. Not entirely here but certainly other places. Why don’t they bring her back to life and burn her as a witch and btw get the wife. I have read she should have been home minding her own business. Guess what it’s 2026 and last time I checked women are not stuck in a kitchen keeping their mouths shut. That it’s her fault she died because she was warning others of ice presence. Her wife’s fault for telling her to drive - christ all mighty weaponizing the vehicle you name it. Here too. I always like websleuths because I felt there was a common goal helping to solve bad crimes. Well some people sure did show their true colors. The reality that my own eyes have shown me was she was shot in broad daylight heartlessly, cruelly. Left to bleed out, denied medical attention - my god the paramedics had to carry her poor body down the street and past the ice barricade. As far as I am concerned there is nothing left to discuss. He KILLED her in cold blood in broad daylight, and I could give a sh*t about which way her wheels were turned or assumed intentions. The thought and feeling that keeps coming to mind is biting into what appears to be a beautiful fresh apple and coming back with a mouthful of maggots. This may not be okay to post this I don’t know. But holding back was making me sick. So my apologies to the admin in advance.
Thank you for this, very much. No solving anything here on this one. Those others exist in certain threads, they come out, but they are very few. It give them a 'vehicle' to be the kind they are as you said. IMO

Looks like she was intentionally blocking traffic. Why?
Looks like a law enforcement officer shot a woman in the head. Jesus Christ. Jmo.

Why would that ruin the narrative? No matter what she did before the interaction, it doesn't justify shooting her dead. JMO

While it may not have been obvious, my point was to show that premeditation only applies to 1st degree murder and there are other classifications that do not.

I'm not clear on what other MOD classifications any ME could come up with other than Homicide when a human being is shot point blank in the face.

Yes, there are different classifications of murder. The point is, it has not YET been determined to be murder, or manslaughter, or anything else.

Immigration enforcement officials are doing their job, it wouldn't be appropriate for them to act like that.

I mean, it certainly isn't appropriate for them to shoot a US citizen three times in the face either, or videotape it on their cell phone. I don't think appropriate behavior is what's stopping them.

MOO.

If she was "blocking traffic," no one would be able to get by and we know they were. The guy who shot her already went around her car. You can see it on the video.

Millions have seen exactly what transpired, it’s an execution of a American citizen exercising her RIGHTS
No sugar coating or gaslighting changes the evidence

I'm seeing videos on CNN showing the Agent's own vehicle being able to drive behind her, along with other vehicles. Why, then, did he need to stop it, walk up to her and antagonize her? Why did his weapon need to be drawn? Why did he need to shoot her to death? He could've kept on driving out of the neighborhood.

I'm agreeing with others that these agents want escalation, at least based on this situation and it's very sad that certain individuals in power are egging that on.

Yes. Exactly. The escalation didn’t come from her — it came from the agent who chose to stop, get out of his vehicle, and engage her. She may have slowed him for a second or two, but she wasn’t a threat. None of this would have happened if he had just kept moving.

It’s infuriating that people are acting like this was her fault. She was exercising her right to protest, and yet she’s being blamed for a life-ending decision that wasn’t hers.

Law enforcement officers are expected to:
- Remain calm and professional
- De-escalate situations whenever possible
- Use the least amount of force necessary
- Protect life and public safety
- Avoid actions that unnecessarily escalate tension or harm.
Wow he failed on ALL of those.

People who don’t want to see this will never see it.

He and others joined ICE for the opposite of these reasons. Not in their minds at all when they 'signed up'. IMO

I don't really understand why her car 'dancing' would ruin the narrative actually, according to that article. If anything, it demonstrates to me a non-aggressive attitude, not in keeping with a hardcore 'protest' situation.

A man made a choice to draw his weapon, he then made the choice to purposefully shoot directly at the woman 3 times, at least one bullet (that we know of) shooting her in the face. The woman was unarmed and was turning the car away from ICE officers to leave the quickly escalating scene. Sorry that's murder regardless of classification. Not manslaughter or 'anything else'. Plain murder with 100% intent. His last words towards her, recorded on his own phone footage, just solidify that in my opinion.

All MOO.

Actually, it appears to me that it is just the opposite - that many protesters want escalation and that has been happening in many cities around the country, especially when their own state and city leaders are vilifying our federal agents for doing their jobs to arrest illegal immigrants.

I get that you are being careful about words, but let’s be real, this was a homicide by an official government agent. Whether it’s officially ruled “justified” or “unjustified” later doesn’t change what we saw with our own eyes.

People can argue semantics all they want, but the fact is a U.S. citizen was shot and killed by someone with a badge, and that doesn’t get erased by technicalities.

I agree, an ME would rule that it was a homicide, but homicide is not necessarily murder, so the ME would not make any determination about that, that is up to the legal process. I may have missed this in another post, but want to reinforce this as some people have confused an ME's declaration of homicide with a declaration of murder.

I don't see that at all. She waved cars around her.

She was shot in the head. I want to know the reason for that.

MOO
Why did she have to “wave” cars around her. I don’t understand. Did her vehicle stall?

What are the reasons you think they joined? He’s been an ICE agent for a long time. imo

Thanks for recognising my intent. I’m not looking to erase what happened through technicalities. I’m trying to understand exactly what occurred based on the available evidence.

Not by any stretch of one’s imagination would that matter what she was or not doing. Facts are she was killed, brutally in public
That is protest behavior. Does not justify her assassination. IMO
