Yes. She was using her vehicle as a weapon.

Nope, Let's look at the rules about a person Starting a Chain of Events. Courts will hold the person who starts a Chain of events responsible for the scene that follows.

I've watched all of the videos many times over. If he didn't step in front of her vehicle, how did he get to the drivers side window? Teleportation? Grew wings and flew over the car?
His own video shows him in front of her car, recording her, as she turns her front tires to the right to drive away, as she had been instructed to do. He walks from the back of the car, where he records her plate info, around the passenger side, and then around the front of the car. I just rewatched it and what you are stating is just not true.

The only thing I can suggest is maybe some posters only read the early tweets by the president, vice president, the cowgirl, and they did not really watch any of the videos.

As it turns out, some people who jumped out too early to defend the shooter may be beginning to regret it. But there were reports in the shooters defense that came out before video, and maybe some people just really believe that somehow the shooting was justified. As the mayor said, after watching the video, the shooter walked away unphased. That is not how one acts if they felt they were recently in danger.

Renee Good was not under arrest and was free to go per every video I viewed. ICE may detain people suspected of breaking some immigration laws. They do not police local protests. Nor do they come out for mental health breaks, such as when somebody begins to act like a bear.

Exactly. She was not impeding any immigration officer arrests. ICE had no authority over her. She was a US citizen exercising her guaranteed right to protest. ICE do not police the general population, that is not in their scope of authority. They are not trained as cops, and shouldn't behave as such.

I encourage everyone to really pay attention when watching the agent's phone video. It is obvious he doesn't step in front of her vehicle. He is at the side of the vehicle and she turns the car toward him and he steps to the side to try and get out of the way when she hits him.

I encourage everyone to really pay attention to all the videos, including Ross' iphone account. It's clear he positions himself to shoot Renee as she begins to drive away, and chases her to fire two more shots. He had a grudge and murdered her in cold blood. JMO
