Is it possible the training wheels fell off the bike when putting it into the vehicle? Her father stated she was having trouble with them and had to adjust them. So it is possible... Maybe they were then tossed along with the unknow item from the moving vehicle?

Isn't the field where the training wheels were found the same field the dogs picked up her scent? I dont think her scent could come from the training wheels alone so she must have been in that field at some point or there is other evindence there that they are picking up her scent from. Maybe the 3rd item they are not disclosing yet?

Could someone repost the link re: dogs picking up her scent in the field where the wheels were found? TIA.

This bike in the photo you posted is actually a trike. My children have the same one in primary colors, but we did almost get the pink & purple one for my DD. Here is a picture of the tricycle in that photo...
size.112x84

In one of the videos, they showed a trike and larger bike on the ground in one of the shots. I believe the trike was under a tree, but can't remember what the colors were. I think it was the article where they had misinformation of her bike (still home).

So the Dora bike I have seen posted isn't the right bike? That means I wasted a great deal of time looking at bikes for sale on Craigslist. I never saw a Dora bike, but I might have been looking directly at her bike.

Where did the Dora bike come from? The bike that LE released a photo of as being like Breeanns is a Huffy Sea Star, likely 16" (as that is the only size that the colors they posted come in). Here's a photo...

The colors of this bike, from looking at the same bike in different photos, are a brown to reddish orange color changing paint on the frame and a reddish, orangeish, pinkish color on the chain guard and handlebars. Huffy is written on the lower crossbar and Sea Star is written on the upper crossbar. There are tropical looking flowers on the frame. The pedals and tire rims are light purple.

Can someone direct me to where it was said that the motehr was sleeping when the father left for the auction? I know I've seen it on here, but I'm not sure I've seen it in MSM.

Have we found out how old the other children in the house are? Are there a total of 3 children or are there 3 in addition to Breeann? So far I know there is a 5yo boy and 3yo Breeann.

There was the video showing the father holding an infant yesterday. I was under the impression there were 3 children besides BR. So do they have an older child as well?

May I ask you a question, since you have little ones. Do they brush their teeth on their own? Or do you help them? Do you help them get dressed? How about getting breakfast? Do they do that on their own? How the father worded that seems that she did this all by herself. TY.

I have a 3yo. He has to have help to brush teeth, get breakfast, and get dressed. He could probably get dressed by himself, but he would get distracted and never end up dressed without constant reminders.

I agree it sounds like she did all those things herself!

I wonder if there is anyone from either the mother or the father's past who may be seeking revenge on one of them by taking Breeann.

Well, that was the photo I was using for comparison. I guess I thought it was a Dora bike for some reason. I never saw it on Craigslist. Since this question about the bike came up, I'm confused. The bike that you show is, in fact, her bike, correct?

TBH, I was wondering why the bike wasn't the Disney Princess Bike.

The photo shown is from the NCMEC poster and is said to be like Breeann's bike, but not her actual bike.

I am going to take that to mean that it is the same color, model, etc, as it is pretty distinct and would be noticable, IMO, as most little girls bikes are more pastel colors.

I'm new here to the forum, but just want to say you guys do a great job with organizing info and keeping everyone updated. While I'm here I would like to point something that strikes me as odd. First of all the mother (as a few have pointed out) seems a bit strange to me. She looks down, she doesn't seem as upset as I think a mom would be, and she talks about Breeann in past tense. For instance she said "she always wanted her nails done" and "every time she put a dress on she'd tell me she's my princess". It's as if she knows Breeann is gone. Anyone else notice this??

:welcome5:

From poking around FB, I know the family has relatives in Arkansas. QUOTE]

Do you know where in Arkansas?

One at least is for sure in Jonesboro. I thought I saw another town, but haven't been able to find it this morning to double check, but I will keep looking for a few mins before I need to go out.

But definitely at least one relative in Jonesboro.

More than one in Jonesboro. Also at least one in McAllen, TX.

That said, I don't see anything weird or suspicious or anyone's pages. Typical FB stuff. Just wonder if anyone in very extended family, or relatives-by-marriage might be involved. Someone not very close to the family, perhaps. Especially since the evidence was found south of town; but then again, south leads to a lot of places, and the evidence might still be a red herring.... :sigh:

When I heard the interview with the dad last night on NG, he explained how he knew the training wheels were Breann's. He told Nancy that there was a time when the wheels kept getting crooked and he had to keep adjusting them. He said, "I got upset..." and explained how he bent one of the parts to make work.

Now we have him doing most of the talking to the media and the mom doesn't make eye contact or say much.

When NG asks him about the failed polys, he only talks about his wife's poly, then he admits he doesn't believe the cops were telling him the truth when they told him that they failed.

I don't see a stranger messing with removing parts off of a bike two miles down a public road from where the child was abducted.

Maybe someone got angry, tore the wheels off the bike, beat the little girl, and then tried to dispose of it all. If he tossed the bike and the wheels in the back of the truck and took off with the tailgate down, maybe the bike was sliding around too much and bounced out. Get out of the truck, retrieve the bike, toss it back inside, notice one of the wheels that fell off, pick it up, chunk it 30 over the fence and drive off without realizing that the other training wheel was left on the road. If he was going fast when it happened that other wheel may have rolled down into a ditch or across the road where he didn't see it.

I am basing my speculation on the failed LD's and the father's own description of his previous frustration with the training wheels, in addition to the strange discovery of the training wheels only two miles away. I just don't believe a stranger would have messed with the wheels!:twocents:

BBM

I agree, why would a stranger who abducted this child take the time to take the training wheels off of her bike and why would he/she do it in the first place? It makes no sense what-so-ever. Hope they are dusting them for prints. There is way more to this story.

I looked and couldn't find it Oriah. But I probably missed it. Sorry
