There is a guilty plea in 2003 for a criminal case, but it won't show charges...

My thanks to all LE who worked on this case for a job well done. I wish it had turned out better. :( But thank you for nabbing this criminal so quickly. Good job.

There is a Shawn Morgan from Senath who appears to have been sued for back taxes. That's all I see. If this guy has no criminal record, I don't think it's because he was an angel up to this point. I have a feeling he has a dark history.

Totally agree. Thankfully he has been caught.

I'm gonna throw up if he gave the bike to one of his daughters.

I am not finding anything so far in his past that could have made anyone wary that he would do something like this...am anxious to find out how they came upon him...

No sex charges? He just wanted to kill a 3 year old?? wth!

Makes you wonder why and makes me wonder if the rumours on topix have any truth to them. The Boothill drug squad was involved as printed in media earlier in the week.

looked up 411 on him and he lives on same road as rodriguez family

FB says he lives on same street, FWIW

You read my mind as to why the training wheels may have been removed.

Totally disgusting.

Thank goodness our LE went out there and did their jobs well... I know this must have been a horribly difficult outcome for them as well as the family. Strength to the family and the LE that is working to bring justice.

Yes. Good work LE. They worked their butts off on this case and did a fantastic and thorough job.

Not surprising at all. Even though I have been following the case peripherally, one thing that seemed noticeable is the dead-end street, lack of hiding places around Breeann's house, her father not being home when she was abducted, her brother just having gone inside, and the relative ease with which she seemed to have been taken. Not by someone just passing by.

MOO

So if he had once lived on Ode Johnson, then he may have relatives still living there. Could it have been a crime of opportunity? She pedals past and feels ok talking to him because it was a neighbors house ? He has little kids, so he would know how to communicate with her. I hope her never sees the light of day again. Poor sweet baby girl.

Poor little Princess. I hope you're riding bikes in the sunshine with all the other little angels, Breeann. Take care of your brother, Mom, and Dad.

Keep in mind when looking at vine link that there are several on there from Missouri, he's 43 so birth year 1968.

So very sad.

RIP beautiful Breeann

Now the questions start. How did LE "happen" upon this guy as a POI? Interesting point goldie finch - OMG what if he did bring that bike home for his kids and momma possibly connected the dots? How old are his children now? And the BIG BIG HUGE question - which is also I believe WHY LE looked at him - does this family already have a file with DCS? Were there previous accusations? Were they investigated? Who reported anything previous?

I can't imagine living with someone like this and not ever knowing or suspecting anything. That scares the bejeezus right outta me.

Hope this guy rots in hell. JMHO and all dat der.

I wonder if Breeann saw something and he was afraid she'd tell??? Or he wanted her bike ??? This is so strange.

  • #96
Could it be as simple as he wanted the bike?

The only thing I can find for sure is a tax lien and maybe a traffic ticket, with his full name...

There were reasons to believe this could have had something to do with drugs. Clearly, that is not the case. In fact, I think most drug dealers, while dregs of society, are mostly non-violent. I doubt that someone would snatch a kid over a drug debt, but you can never rule out anything. It appears that the revenge notion also is false. I thought that theory seemed more likely. But I'm just going to wait for more information on this before I draw any conclusions.

If he really has no criminal record, this is far scarier, IMO...
