Spokeo shows Shawn D Morgan at 118 Ode Johnson St. without a historical occupancy listing.

Spokeo shows Shawn S Morgan at 119 Ode Johnson St. with a 7 year occupancy listing.

Both entries show him married to his wife.

FWIW

I wonder where he lived prior to Samanth?

Can u determine what the criminal action and tampering WAS in that case? Thanks for your input!!!

Oh I'm sorry. I already closed the windows for the articles. :(

I wonder if the fact that the training wheels--evidence-- were placed in an area which was previously searched by LE could be construed as evidence tampering ? The wheels were moved and placed in such a way as to confuse LE and hide evidence ? Just a thought....

He killed her the day she disappeared:
"Morgan is charged with causing the death of Breeann Rodriguez, 3-years old, also of Senath, by suffocating her," said Sokoloff. "The charge is that he did this on August 6th, the day that she went missing."

I'm beginning to think it's photographic/computer evidence now. OR his family was away that morning and came back home later. They may have given timeline statements to the police. JMO

I'll bet there have been other young victims of sexual abuse by this man. Perverts must realize that it is much easier to abuse family members and get away with it than it is to grab other people's kids.

I hope that any children he has had access to are thoroughly examined by a physician and counselors so they can get help if he has hurt them. I hope that any adult who knew about this man's evil perversions and failed to report it to police is charged with something!

Removing the wheels would be considered tampering...but this may be something else...or a number of things...

IIRC I remember reading that LE went door to door in the neighbourhood.

A few days ago, after LE went door to door in the neighborhood,
Breeann's mother said she felt that "they know something they
aren't telling"... or "they're not telling us everything."

It was questioned whether she meant LE wasn't telling her everything.
Or it was it a neighbor that wasn't telling everything.

Ever since I read that, I thought maybe she talked to someone who
said, "I don't want to get involved." Or she asked someone if they
saw Breeann, & she just felt they weren't being truthful when she
was told "No, I haven't seen Breeann."

Maybe it was the 🤬🤬🤬 she spoke to that day that she got a feeling
that he saw or knew something.... but wasn't being truthful.

Possible scenario:
His wife and kids could have been out 'back to school' shopping or something like that. He was home alone, 'playing' on his computer, when he saw little Breeann riding up his driveway. She may have been looking for the other kids that were usually playing there. It would be very easy for him to convince her the kids were in the house, 'so come on in, they are watching tv."

Okay. How bout this lol. Since there's no abduction or kidnapping charge, I have to toss that he filmed her murder.

How about she goes to his house, goes in his garage, or is in his driveway, he pulls up, doesn't see her, runs her over. She's badly injured, he panics, and he suffocates her.

LE finds evidence on the car - blood, tissue, etc, that supports that part of his story.

So how do they know he suffocated her - they can't just take his word for it. Well, what if they have a security system on the house that films the area of the garage or driveway or wherever this happened?

Evidence tampering could be that he took the car to a car wash maybe?

I think that accounts for the charges we have - and the ones we don't have (e.g. abduction/kidnapping) - except... armed criminal action.

We'd need to know two things - was the car impounded, and do they have a security system with cameras on their house. And we'd need to account for that armed criminal action - unless the weapon for that was, as cluciano mentioned, perhaps a pillow or plastic bag.

This is driving me out of my mind and I know my head is going to be going for hours when I go to bed.

Well let's say you had a pillow or a plastic bag. It could have saliva or vomit on it. If there is something that can be present in saliva or vomit only after death maybe.

But I think that alone won't give you COD - suffocation. I think it would just tell you the pillow or plastic bag touched the person thus acquiring the saliva/vomit transfer after death.

I just don't know on this one. It's so specific on the suffocation. What would tell you someone was suffocated to death without even needing an ME's exam? All I can think of is video or witness. It would have to be a really solid witness or a really clear video too.

Warning graphic information re evidence of suffocation:

Say he used plastic wrap or a blanket over her face to smother her and they found it. It may have contained bloody froth from her lungs and or blood from pressure on her nose, the blood would be darker than normal showing a slow death by oxygen deprivation.

Sorry, this is horrible to think about and worse to write out. Learned from the ME testimony in another case here.

I'm thinking pictures, fabric (clothing, blanket, towel), plastic of some sort. Poor little baby. I hope he rots forever and is everyones new favorite boy-toy once he hits prison.

Newbie question here: for legal purposes, what's a deadly weapon?

Newbie question here: for legal purposes, what's a deadly weapon?

I'm not sure what it means here, but in a psych hospital/unit,
a patient's belongings are searched for anything that can be
used as a weapon.

Any object that s/he may harm him/herself or others.
It is anything the least bit sharp or heavy... along with
a long list of other items that may be harmful or dangerous.

A foot is considered a weapon.
A foot with a heavy boot on it can be considered a deadly weapon.

I'm not an expert but I would think than anything from a foot to a gun could be considered a deadly weapon as long as intent is established. Good question for the Lawyer Thread.

I looked but all of the comments I saw were condolences or tweets of links to news articles. Was there something else?

hmmmm. it's gone........don't want to repeat rumors.

Have there been other missing girls in the area or surrounding area?
