Is thier somewhere or can someone give me a fast brief rundows i was away on thw weekend this is what i come home too and even the headlines dont make sence..from what i am reading this guy is arrested but how is this possible exspecially to say he suffocated her but yet there is still no body .can someone tell me how they caught this guy why this guy how they found out that specicific info but no body any help would be apprecieated...

I saw the kids FB before they were deleted. BR's fathers name is Edgar Rodgriuez, the mothers last name is Ramos.

Nevertheless .... the daughter did 'friend' (SNIPED NAME) well before her dad's arrest and EGR uses a pic of Breeann.

Lots of people have more than one FB page and using "Ramos" is not farfetched. You seemed a little, well, arrogant in your response to my post which was, after all, given in the spirit of trying to be helpful and possibly useful!

I snipped the name you quoted out as, this could be an innocent person who is not involved in this case for all we know. Sorry that you took my comment as "arrogant" I didnt type it that way!

I was on another blog and ppl stated that they work with SM. I put the question out and asked if anyone heard if SM went to work this past week. One guy responded and said that he went to work Saturday night (the day BR went missing) they were talking at work and they are guessing that he dropped the body off somewhere on his way to work (as this is the area they are searching) He also was questioning how he got BR and the bike into his vehicle when Ode Johnson road was crawling with LE and searchers, everyones eyes were watching everyones move.

Whether this is true or not, it does make you think about the last part....how did SM get BR off of that dead end street when LE were fast to respond and start searching.

I think I believe the initial reports about the timing. Initially we heard that Breeann was outside alone for about 20 minutes. Then later we heard that mom looked out the window and saw her 5 minutes earlier, right before she went missing. But IF the first report was accurate, then he had plenty of time to get away from there with her.

If she did ride up his driveway, looking for the other kids, then he had plenty of time to drive down the street and take her somewhere else.

Did we find out if the charges that had been sealed ? or didn't allow for viewing were in fact charges against him? Or just someone of a similar name?

Has he only been married once? Any mental or social issues? Something is wrong, if true, he wrote a bomb threat on a wall at work?

Here is another possibility. Morgan's wife and kids are out of town. He may have been drinking and surfing the internet all night. He hears a little knock on the door and there stands a 3 yr old, asking where the kids are playing. He cannot believe his 'luck.' He locks her into a room inside, and stashes her bike in his truck. He has his way with her, and then later, he hears the mom and brother calling her name, and looking for her on her bike. He waits until they pass by and he drives away with Breeann hidden in his truck somewhere.
He had 30 to 45 minutes, maybe an hour, before his street was crawling with searchers. And he would not look suspicious in the first minutes, he was a longtime neighborhood dad. imoo

A very similar case happened in my small town, everyone knew both victim and perp and both families all very well. Media had a hard time in this town as no one would give them details. We were all in shock and disbelief. We all felt for both families involved and remained quiet around the media mob, no one wanted to read the dirty details splashed across the headlines, that they usually dig up.

There seems to be a lot of love and community support for Mrs. Morgan. Maybe out of respect for her and the children people are holding that stuff back. If so, I applaud the decision. This must be excruciating for that family too.

I do not believe there was an accident with a vehicle. I think BR was at the wrong place at the wrong time. SM was home alone, BR came to his door to look for his kids, he saw an innocent child and harmed her in "whatever" way. I feel it must have been sexual, then he panicked and ended her innocent life by suffocating her. JMO

Time will tell what really happened...so may ideas and rumours will be put to rest!!

I have heard comments that his computer was taken and bags of stuff from the house, but have heard nothing about his vehicle.
It's not like that could have been removed, without anyone seeing it.

If he went down to voluntarily be questioned/polygraphed... he would take his vehicle with him.
So then if he was arrested, they would already have his vehicle there.

I am pretty sure that we heard that he had agreed to go down for questioning or a polygraph and then just hadn't come back.
I just can't find that right now...

I remember hearing that she went into someones home to use the bathroom, was it his house? If it were his house, while she was there, did he take advantage of her, after viewing child ? MOO

Yes, the Dad is Edgar Rodriguez and that is what his (apparently old and inactive) facebook is under.

The Mom has her facebook under both last names, Claudia Rodriguez Ramos.

This extended family is huge. Martinez... Rodriguez... Ramos... etc. Many are very angry. Understandably.

However, this Edgar thing is really quite simple.
Claudia has a brother named Edgar and a husband named Edgar.
So you have one on the Ramos side and one on the Rodriguez side.
That is the two Edgar's.
Claudia's siblings are B, E and P... all Ramos.

Perfect sense!!! Thank you. I cannot imagine how angry they must feel for this senseless loss and for what seems like an endless search for closure. It is good to hear that they have a huge extended family...they are going to need lots of love and support to get them through this. Prayers to the family.

Reading on Help find Breeann Rodriquez fb where a cousin of Edger's has posted that there may still be hope because Morgan took LE to where he left the body but the body was no longer there. He is thinking that maybe Breeann was just knocked out and later regained consciousness. He also states that it was Morgan's wife who turned him in.

The post/comment is among 105 comments under the photo of Morgan in the Red SLC t-shirt.

I saw one earlier about his wife turning him in. That she came home and he was acting strange. I can buy that. And I can buy that SM led police somewhere. But I don't think Breeann was just knocked out. If she was, someone would have found her wandering around when she came to. Either she isn't there now because that's not where he left her and he's a lying , or (and I hate to think this let alone type it) she was carried off by a stray dog or... something. UGH! But, even then I would think the dogs would pick up her scent. And maybe they have, who knows. LE hasn't said anything and are keeping things quiet. I just can't believe they have not found her yet! Too bad our country allows even sickos certain rights and we can't just use a cattle prod on someone to make them talk!!

The rumor that he backed over or otherwise hit Breeann is the exact same rumor we had IIRC when Sandra Cantu went missing and it persisted even after she had been found and Huckaby had been arrested. Just a recollection.

I thought about this off and on all day. I can't make heads or tails out of this. Something just isn't right about this so far, but that's based on what info has been released. Hopefully we'll get some new info.
