So he got angry because she was on his pool ladder and he suffocated her??????
OMG :(

I don't think he was angry she was in his yard (if his account of her being on the pool ladder is true). He was probably pleased. JMO

Fly with the angels beautiful Breeann.

Was he just mad because she was in his yard??????????? I still don't think that's the whole story.

I don't think it is either. Where was the bike when she was in his backyard? Why in the world would he leave the bike there at the home, go dispose of the body, and then come home and dismantle it...and then put the training wheels near the home and go back to the river and dump the rest of the bike?

His address is 118 Ode Johnson Street according to the affidavit.

Oh god if it took him a while.which I doubt an hour.Even tho it may have felt like it to him. Her family was more than likely out side calling for her. Those kind of thoughts will make you loose your mind. jmo

This just seems really odd to me as well. I thought the mother said she was only out of her sight for a few minutes? She got down the street, into the yard and up the ladder?
Sigh... If this is true, was it his first urge to kill that he acted upon?

They had a story recently about how the population was just recently becoming hispanic in that area. I wonder if he was a racist and had a deep seated hatred for the child because she was hispanic and in his yard (or just hispanic and in HIS neighborhood for that matter)?

Wow, just makes no sense... but not any murders of an innocent child do!! :maddening:

Is the affadavit signed the 13th? I can't read it.

The 13th. It was probably written in the early morning hours of Saturday, as he was brought in at 10 or 11pm Friday night.

I read that too. Also on other blogs, locals have mentioned about race comments towards hispanics. In SM's statement he used the term "Mexican girl"...it makes you wonder if he had a hatred for this race, but would it be enough to want to kill an innocent 3yr old neighbour. I still believe he did more to her than stated.

I wonder what made them suspect him and interview him on the 12th? That 3rd piece of evidence that the father said they wouldn't give details on because they were afraid he'd try to get revenge? They must have had some idea that it was a neighbor at the time they found that piece of evidence.

Why was the pool accessible to a 3YO to begin with???!!!!!

That just really bugs me, sorry. We lose a LOT of children here in FL due to improperly fenced/gated/self latching gates around pools.
Homeowners who have pools should have effective barriers.

Ok if he threw the bike in the river why were the training wheels found in a ditch??

Nope.. somethings wrong here. This 🤬🤬🤬 is lying his butt off! People lie to make things seem better than they are. So I'm speculating what he actually did to sweet Breeann was much, much worse.

I do not think it had to do with race.....

There wasn't any talk of problems before this.

I think it was.... the sexual urge.... otherwise there would be no reason to kill her.

What kind of vehicle did he drive? The first thought came to my mind that the wheels needed to come off so that the bike would fit in his vehicle.

This is horrible....I don't think this was a racial hate crime, I think he sexually assaulted her too and that was the motive. I know this will likely be confirmed when Breeann is found. There is rumor he was alone at home that Saturday.
