sure she loves being talked about here. and anywhere.

IMO.
Because that is all she knows. All of her childhood she was treated as a celebrity of sorts. She’s never had a normal life. She’s trying to pick up that lifestyle now. She doesn’t know any better. I sadly don't see this working out in a good way for her.

but -- that's the lifestyle she learned from her mother, lived with from her birth until 2015.

Hope GBA acccepts Step=Mom's guidance!

And -- the Yahoo! news link just repeats the other posts, iirc first published in a less-reputable New York paper.. No notice of this from the Kansas City Star, any newspaper in St. Louis, Columbia, the state capital Jefferson City, any Kansas City TV station -- and nothing from Springfield media where both exploitation & murder occurred.

Seems overall imho to be a ship without a rudder....

jmho ymmv lrr
Had to dig back, but found one from September from Springfield, so of course it doesn't mention her being asked to leave Missouri: Gypsy Rose Blanchard will be released from prison on parole this December

She NEEDS to stay off social media.

She's already arguing that people are jealous bc she gets to have sex with her husband every night and she calls them 'haters'.

It's the 3rd story down

Sadly, she's likely going to get caught up in the idiotic drama of social media.
I had hoped she'd slip out of the public eye and get her life in order, privately.

Yeah, make your pages private and connect with people who live in your city.

She just needs to be quiet rather than trying to draw more (negative)attention to herself. It would appear that she has not grown up or emotionally matured during her time behind bars.

Crikey! She needs a good PR manager to give her some sound advice and steer her in the right direction. Otherwise this is heading in a very messy direction!

Another tragedy in the making unless she gets help asap! IMO

She needs to go talk to a counselor about her problems and not the news media.

Now, I'm thinking she wants and expects people to feel sorry for what she went through. Jmo

After being “managed” by her mother, I don’t think Gypsy would take well to being given advice and steered in the right direction by anyone. I suspect she’s going to have to learn the hard way.

Except that she's none of those things. She left off Felon/convicted murderer. She's cashing in on her notoriety IMO.

Objectively, she's all of those things.

I could certainly see why she'd be hesitant to trust health care professionals.

Or that she could easily know how to start another con. IMO

Yup! And apparently it's working. I wish she'd shut up. Any sympathy I had for her is lost.

Exactly.

I was really hoping that her time in prison would have been spent in some type of therapy (maybe there was) and preparation for reintegrating into everyday life. Teaching her life skills etc. I guess I’m really naive because I thought she would get some guidance. I guess I was expecting too much.

The problem is that Gypsy’s entire life had been moulded by a mentally ill mother who taught her how to lie, manipulate and work the system. It’s really all she knew.

The marriage? Wow! That has me concerned. How do you marry a guy that you barely get to see and won’t be living him until you’re out? People who get married in a regular relationship have trouble making living together tough going in the early days. I sure hope she has problem solving skills.

I know what she did but I also know what her mother did her.

I hope she manages to have a decent life but I’m not sure that’s going to happen.

I looked back a few pages on the thread and found these two article. After she broke up with her previous fiancé Ken, she married Ryan.

Then she had the marriage annulled a few months later. Did that really happen? Now they’re married.
