I wonder if they have CCTV at the store she was heading to? Did this happen on her way there or heading home? IMO

From the above family plea it sounds like she made it to the store but didn't return. So is the picture of someone attacking her at the car from the store parking lot?

Just viewing this thread for the first time, but if I understand this correctly Daisa went to the grocery store and was surprised/attacked when returning to her car.

Her car was found ABANDONED and BURNT Thursday on #Thrush at a vacant house. Neighbors reported hearing gun shots before seeing someone set her car on fire. Blood was also found near the scene of the car fire
This scenario does not sound good in any way. Burning a vehicle like this is often done to destroy potential evidence.

At this time we don't know if this person who attacked her in the parking lot was someone known to her or a complete stranger.

From the cousin, no-one in the streets are talking. If it was someone she knew, I would imagine they'd have heard by now. She also said "she don't run like that", which I take to mean that she wasn't involved in anything dodgy.

I also didn't see her carrying grocery bag (s). Just a thought.

She's got something in her hand, you can see it at .59 in the video. It looks like she was holding it, then switches to her left hand and you can see it swing.
Family offers reward for info leading to whereabouts of missing North City woman

What does the reporter mean when he says "this is where the video stops"? Does he mean the media wasn't provided with a longer clip, or the video literally stops there? If it stops and you don't see the car leaving, why is that?

I thought it was her purse. I guess when I go to the store for 1 or 2 things, I have 2 bags LOL. I'm so stereotype. The mother said she was going for food/ apple juice ( couldn't really hear due to traffic.)

100% agree on the video stopping.

She also mentioned diapers, but unless she bought just a small pack ... maybe it was her purse, the quality of that video is awful. Could be her card didn't work and she left without what she came for.

Hoping for good news, but the shape her car was found seems to indicate foul play :(

The video quality is very poor so it's hard to see what Daisa is carrying. If she actually purchased anything it must have been fairly small.

I wondered the same thing.

It looks like a plastic grocery bag in her hand to me. I have a feeling there was a reason this person was all in black and in the shadows. I always like to park by a light if I need to run out by myself after dark, the glare I’m this video actually looks to make the video harder to see the person pushing her. Yikes!

I'll have to watch this video again and really watch to see what she is carrying. I wish the quality of the video was better.

This video brings up as many questions as it does answers.

Oh Crap! I didn't think there would be an great outcome from this due the burned car. I hope there is a boat load of DNA to get who did this to her. IMO

I thought so as well.

My thoughts are with Daisa's family tonight, though it may not be her - it's someone's loved one :(
