An email from the department stated the news conference would take place in the council chambers at 3:30 p.m.

I wonder if that means LE has arrested someone. Holding the presser in council chambers vs. the command post. Could just mean that's where the sheriff is right now but I hope something is moving in Darnell's case!

I’m still so surprised foul play was not suspected . I think a majority of people following this case thought otherwise but hoped for that not to be the case.
