UNIONVILLE, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol sent out an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person report that occurred Monday.

Donald Couchman, 62, was last seen at 2205 Birch St in Unionville.

Couchman is a white male, age 62, and 5'7". He has balding gray hair and brown eyes.

His clothing is unknown at this time.

His vehicle is a Red 2009 Ford F250 with a Missouri license plate, number 00H4AP.

Neighbors say they saw Couchman leaving his residence Monday night. He has not returned home and failed to arrive at a medical appointment this morning.

He has medical issues requiring medication.

Anyone seeing this missing person or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Unionville Police Department at 660-947-3200

This is local to me, I work in the very small town he is missing from and live just over the state line in iowa about 18 miles north. It is very hot here this week!

Still no news on Donald today, we are under an excessive heat warning today. Right now at 9:30 am it is 85 degrees with a real feel temperature of 99

UNIONVILLE, Mo. — UPDATE: The Unionville Police Department has canceled Tuesday's endangered person advisory for 62-year-old Donald Couchman.

Authorities issued the update Wednesday after Couchman was located deceased.
