Where did you get the date of 9/12/2009? I don't remember seeing that anywhere...

See the link in Danni's post above mine. I also saw it somewhere else but right now I don't remember where.

I saw that, but can't find where anything says Alyssa went to a concert on that date. I know she snuck off and went to a concert when she was supposed to have been at an event at a church, but I don't rememer anyone saying when that was.

I was just going by what Elley Mae posted, does anyone know that that was the actual date of the church function/concert she went to? I mean being that she was lived in st martins st louis is "a ways" away. Someone either bought them tickets with a credit card, or they bought tickets the day of the show but still SOMEONE had to take them to the concert. So who was it that was contributing to this child in these ways? Obviously it wasn't grandma and grandpa if she had to "sneek" to the concert!

ETA: Think it mighta been little Miss TR's daddy?

Yesterday I *thought*(most of yesterday is a blur so I don't remember half of what I read or watched) I heard/read talk about if she was held as a juvenile they would have to rebuild a facility to house her.
Does anyone know what I am taking about?

I remember reading or hearing something like that. I think that it was she would remain in a juvenile facility until they know where she will end up and can remodel/rebuild an area for her. I don't think she will last long. They Jefferey Dalmer even though he was under protection. Forget it if she is ever put in with the general population. If you ask me between the "connections" that her parents have and the Olten bio dad and brother have there could be big problems.

Thanks for that. I hadn't seen the news release. She surely had to be a bloody mess coming into the house after that. I would imagine she couldn't hide that from her grandparents and that's pry why (if true) they took her to the psych hospital that night.

The news retracted and corrected that she was taken to the psych hospital that night (Wed) by her GPs and corrected that it was Saurday from the facilty holding her.

Missouri concert schedule. Take your pick. I'm voting for Green Day on 8/12. The day is right and he wears a ton of eyeliner. :-)

Good sleuthing!!!

Problem is that concert was in KC, not St Louis.

Her group DOES listen to Green Day, AFI, Nickleback, To Write Love On Her Arms.

Interesting note regarding that last band. Per Wilipedia,
To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA) is an American non-profit organization which aims to present hope for people struggling with self injury, suicide, depression, and addiction. Based in Key West Florida, TWLOHA seeks to connect people to treatment centers, websites, books, support groups, and other resources. TWLOHA also encourages people to have honest conversations about these issues, to live in community, and to seek help for these treatable conditions.

On 9/13/2008 (over a year ago), they played in JC at a Christian church. Alyssa went to that concert with her friends.

The only thing I'm fairly sure of is that it wasn't Demi Lovato or The Jonas Brothers.

:-)

I would say "distant" neighbors, I live a little less than half way between St. Louis and Jeff City!

Gotcha. When you mentioned 105.7 The Point, I assumed St. Louis. Of course the radio station broadcasts farther than the city limits...duh!

I haven't found anything in that time frame that would substantiate those claims for a st louis concert.

Some of bands that she likes play at smaller venues, which we have alot of, therefore, we may not find anything about them online.

This is true. I didn't know if they would be listed or not.

Sick Puppies played in St Louis on 9/11/09, as did bands called After The Burial, Michelle Shocked, and All Shall Perish. I don't know any of those bands, but the names sound like stuff she might like.

9/11/2009 was a Friday.

We don't know anything about her boyfriend, do we? It's very possible he is 16 and drives.
