The names were all deleted when I checked back in as well. But, the clues are all there if you follow them. I found the names just using the information that is still available. I would be more than happy to provide them to you, but I don't know if I am allowed to do that. Don't want to get in trouble!

Yeah, I don't want to get into trouble on my first day here.

I found who owned the supposed friend's house and looked up the owners names on casenet, particularly the woman.

I had a link deleted because it listed the homeowners name, but it had the home listed as a daycare. Maybe Elizabeth went there after school. The kids would all ride the same bus.

I am thinking it is because there is only one 15 year old on that road and gender would ID them.

beachy - you may NOT post the names of any minors and you may NOT post the names of people who have not been named in the media or by LE. You MAY work behind the scenes and send private messages, if you like. You may NOT talk about sending private messages to others because sometimes other posters feel left out and their feelings are hurt. It is a delicate balance.

My suggestion/advice is if a poster knows someone has some info they would like - they should contact the person directly, without making a lot of noise about it. We want to sleuth, we need to sleuth, BUT we must be careful not to drag the innocent or underage individuals into the public eye AND we want to be respectful of all the posters/sleuths here.

Okay - I'm done. This case has me on the edge of my seat. I can not wait for Monday!

I've never understood why people do that. To me, it's the equivalent of emailing someone and then calling them immediately to say, "Did you get my email?".

I thought the same thing. Maybe she'd been grounded from the phone. Maybe because she had sent nasty texts to Elizabeth.

It could be her phone had been taken away, and she wanted to use Elizabeth's phone to send texts to her friends.

If you then search this court link under the female home owner name, you will see she was named guardian for 3 minor children in 2005:

We believe the 15 yo female may be the perp.

We found info that a daycare is run out of that home. I also wonder if it could be a foster home?

One of the boys who lives there has Elizabeth's brother as a friend on their myspace page.

OMG - How smart are you? I bet you nailed it. There was an article - I don't remember where, but it talked about how LE would not say what calls had been made on Elizabeth's phone. I thought that was strange - maybe implying Elizabeth had called someone or something.

But after Twitter and the article, your comment makes such perfect sense to me.

Oh you guys - you are all so smart. I bet it was over the phone - especially if the place was a daycare. You know how it is.... the older kids that live at the house where the daycare is are always kinda possesive and bossy. So someone wanted her phone, Elizabeth says she is not allowed to let others use her phone, so someone takes it away from her and it just goes down hill from there.

Now... I think I could already poke holes in my theory because it really doesn't show the premeditation needed for the 1st Degree murder charge, nor does it allow for the notes... so.... still, I think we are on the right track here.

When you click on that link, then click on locate property, then type in Lomo for the street - look at the addys in the 600 block. There is a map function in there too so you can find the lot we were discussing earlier.

(geez...I need a secret decoder ring to figure out all these initials!!)
