So... it looks to me like Grandma/Grandpa have custody of all 4 children (1 of a different father).

I think one of those cases refers to a child support order. I thought they might be her children, and he her ex-husband.

I read early on that the grandparents didn't call elizabeth's mom before she left for home. So I think the kids live with the grandparents. That also made me think she never left that house to go home. Jmo

I interpreted the other 2 mentioned in the docs (M & C) as the children's bio parents.

And then the mom had another child with a different daddy (about 6 years old).

So I'm thinking 4 kids - a 15 yo girl, two 11 yo boys (twins?) and 6 yo girl (with a different last name).

I did not make the connection that the bio mom MB is the daughter of the homeowner KB -- but that totally makes sense because I've been wondering why she keeps taking on more of her kids.

Yes, I think this is right! The grandma (KB) was appointed guardian of the oldest 3 in 2005. Then the 6 yo in 2007. The bio parents were unfit. Bio Mom has a DUI and possession of marijuana, traffic tickets, parole violation. I didn't see what bio dad has.

Could these be the children of a hired hand? It is a farm area.

Actually it seems both of the addresses are intertwined. Some docs say one, others say the other. Maybe they did live in the old house, and after they got the kids, they built the new bigger house.

Found bio mom and bio dad's Nevada marriage record. Contained bio mom's maiden name.

Found bio grandma's marriage records, 1st marriage (in TX) to man with same last name as bio mom's maiden name.

you can go to Missouri Dept of Corrections web site go to offender search put his name in and his picture shows up but MB dosen't. I am from Missouri and I use that site sometimes to look people up go see for yourselves. It usually shows people on probation so I thought maybe MB would show also but no
