I think one of those cases refers to a child support order. I thought they might be her children, and he her ex-husband.
I interpreted the other 2 mentioned in the docs (M & C) as the children's bio parents.
And then the mom had another child with a different daddy (about 6 years old).
So I'm thinking 4 kids - a 15 yo girl, two 11 yo boys (twins?) and 6 yo girl (with a different last name).
Bio dad in jail. Not getting out for a LONG time...
Ah, yes, the owner of the home must be the grandparents. Hence the mention of a "grandmother" in the information given regarding Elizabeth's disappearance.
So... it looks to me like Grandma/Grandpa have custody of all 4 children (1 of a different father).
Bio dad in jail for 10 years for 1st and 2nd degree assault.
I don't know what the CA connection is, but I found the bio parents' marriage record in CA. Mother's maiden name not the same as the grandparents.
Maybe this is grandmas second marriage.
The 4 kids (15, 2x11, and 6) are listed in the court documents as living in the house next door. The old house, next to the new one that was built in the last couple of years (that the family is living in now).
Could these be the children of a hired hand? It is a farm area.
Where did you find that?
