OMG - How smart are you? I bet you nailed it. There was an article - I don't remember where, but it talked about how LE would not say what calls had been made on Elizabeth's phone. I thought that was strange - maybe implying Elizabeth had called someone or something.

But after Twitter and the article, your comment makes such perfect sense to me.

Salem

I was just thinking about an incident last week where my 16 yo daughter got her phone taken away at school for texting. She then went home and took her 12 yo brothers phone so she could talk to her friends. They got in a huge fight over it.

BTW, the possible perp goes to my daughter's school. I really hope my daughter doesn't know her. :(

AB also mentions Grandparents on her twitter. She also says she is in a place she doesn't want to be (that in itself is not strange... any teen could speak those words)

If this IS the perp.. out of those three children which was the "friend" that Elizabeth was visiting? One of the 11 y/o boys? Just wondering what the rest of you thought. I don't see her hanging out with a 15 y/o (or rather the 15 y/o wanting to hang with a 9 y/o)

Believe there was another child, a girl (age 6-7), listed separately from the other 3 on the court site re guardianship....perhaps she is the friend?

When you click on that link, then click on locate property, then type in Lomo for the street - look at the addys in the 600 block. There is a map function in there too so you can find the lot we were discussing earlier.

I did that (several times) - it kept coming up as property or location not found

but I'm a bit hard-headed so I'm going to try it again

:D

reading up on casenet about the possible perp's parents, shows a messed up past...

Don't put in 'St' ...just Lomo and it should work.

I'm just seeing guardianship entries and one traffic violation.

Edit: never mind, my eyes are tired. See ya all tomorrow.

Looking at all that we are looking at here, I'm not sure, but it appears to me that the folks at the address in question are guardians of the children, no? Perhaps foster parents?

I believe so. I think they actually have 5 kids all from the same family.

I think one of those cases refers to a child support order. I thought they might be her children, and he her ex-husband.

Looking at the birthdates...I think KB is the grandmother of AB, and MB or CB is her child.

Maybe. She's 52 iirc. How old were the younger boys? 11

grandparents (I think)

why would she need to seek guardianship if she's the mother?

I interpreted the other 2 mentioned in the docs (M & C) as the children's bio parents.

And then the mom had another child with a different daddy (about 6 years old).

So I'm thinking 4 kids - a 15 yo girl, two 11 yo boys (twins?) and 6 yo girl (with a different last name).

Bio dad in jail. Not getting out for a LONG time...
