Listening to Miss Bella and I'm wondering if they're listening to police scanners and following all the calls to record everytime the police sneeze. She's asking for a police name and number of all the officers that stopped a car of what looks like 4 guys.

Miss bella was in Oakland, back home when she pulled over for the 4 guys being stopped...
