Anyone seen our Sonjay and JSCLhook?
I miss their post on this thread.

I try to read everything, but it seems like I'm always behind lately. By the time I am able to settle in for some reading/posting, the thread is closed. :tantrum:

Personal life issues have been keeping me busy. :(

Education is important.
Michael graduated, he didn't attack Wilson due to a lack of education.
Devin James went through Job Corps, participated in a STEM program, and remained in a gang.
The protestors aren't screaming at cops that they want a better education.
And a man instigating them who has mishandled funds before seems to have parlayed their rage into grants and nonprofits.
If people don't value education and embrace good choices, all the grants in the world won't fix it.

By the way, it seems I might be alone in this but I don't believe that woman's Twitter was "hacked".
I think she said something to make herself look and feel important and to get attention and knows she caused a big uproar.

If she was hacked, why delete the tweet and her entire Twitter account so fast? Hackers wouldn't care. Not buying it.

She is claiming she was hacked months ago and canceled her account then. If she did it would be easy to check.

The woman, who CNN is not identifying, said in an interview with reporters on the doorstep of her home that she hadn’t used her Twitter account in months and thought she had deleted it.

“I didn’t care for it because I just don’t get the whole Twitter thing,” she said, adding that someone had hacked her account and posted spam in the past.

She further said that she knew no one on the grand jury hearing Wilson’s case and told CNN she had left a voicemail for St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch about the tweet. She hasn’t heard back from his office, she said.

“It had to have been hacked,” she said of her account. “I promise you I did not do any of this.”

City officials are preparing for all possible outcomes of the grand jury's investigation into the shooting death of Michael Brown, James said.

"I'm just being real. If there's no indictment and there's an evacuation situation, then we need to be prepared for that," he said. "If there is an indictment and there's celebratory unrest, we need to be prepared for that. The city and the law enforcement agencies are looking at all scenarios."

If violence breaks out, James said officials are considering how they would alert residents and instruct them to "hunker down or get out."All options are being explored, even an evacuation plan, James said. The city is weighing whether to use of robotic calls, emails, text messages, or simply relying on the media to get the word out.

Devin James, Ferguson's hired PR guy, insists to me rumors that residents being told by Ferguson PD to prepare "evacuation plans" are a lie.
https://twitter.com/WesleyLowery/status/517753476420739073

And yet he confirmed it and mentioned it on air earlier?? Is this something he wasn't supposed to say or is he stirring? Maybe he's just parsing, since he listed multiple actions under consideration.

Clear as mud, right

I personally think he's trying to back track, but who cares, regardless of the no true or true bill it's going to be a hot mess. It is NEVER too soon to start making plans about how to handle it.

#StLouisCounty is going to get pounded in about 45mins :| rain, wind, hail. If anyone is out in #Ferguson keep an eye on the skies!!!

Wonder if we'll have any live feeds of that?

If it's hail, the protesters might stand in it and then claims injuries from LE :giggle:

Someone else appears to have control of her twitter handle now, but we've speculated it could've just been for attention, a hack, or true but inconsequential. I'm sure they'll still make sure no grand juror broke their oath.
