No, the robbery happened at ANOTHER convenience store and police received reports the suspects were walking towards the QT.
They said the video of the robbery is being released to the public.
The store clerk is much smaller that Brown...in the robbery photos..being shown on Fox now. Very clear photos btw.
I admit to being the last one to get something, at times. Why is the name of the officer important? I see it as a potential threat to him, or his family members, who had nothing to do with the events of that day.
I have purposely stayed away from reading all the details of this case, because it seems to eventually devolve into a white/black kind of thing. (And many wonder why we can't move beyond race issues...maybe this is why.) Could it be a case of too much testosterone, with a liberal mix of fear?
We're never going to know what happened, because one person is dead and cannot tell us, and the other person has already been tried, judged and convicted by the public.
At the very least, it sure made a lot of blood boil, and widened the racial chasm.
It is a strong armed robbery and it explains why the Officer stopped them in the first place. All that shows is a person in the store. No crime. No assault. And yes Michael brown matches the description but I want a real positive ID.
Today it seems they just posted this to smear the victim.
For Me? I don't care if he stole cigars and candy. I don't even care if he punched the clerk, that does not give the right for a cop to shoot an unarmed person in the street. Once Michael was away from the car he was not a risk. There was no reason to shoot him dead in the street.
So for me, Even if he was the perp, Even if he robbed and punched the clerk, The cop still was in the wrong.
I would like to know where the friend is in the video. Do they show Dorian in there with him???
I want to see the video. ALL OF IT.

Reporter saying he was asked to pay for the cigars and the altercation ensued. A BOLO was sent out. The clothing matches per the reporter.

Edited because I see the new pics.
"Strong arm" or not, there is no justification for using deadly force against an unarmed suspect.

The reason the race chasm is bigger is because the last few days, If it was in black and white would look like Mississippi in the 1960's.
They have treated the residents of this town like criminals from the beginning. It is unbelievable to me that they have gotten away with this so long. The police were arresting reporters for no reason and taking down cameras. Im sorry. All they have done is shown that this police dept needs real training and better officers and a better leadership.
This is shameful. They are showing the worst of america.
Stopped the victim for walking in the street or stopped a strong arm robbery suspect?
