Are jurors pulled from registered voters only?

Answer my own question:

http://www.americanbar.org/groups/p...ucation_network/how_courts_work/jurypool.html

Ooops. Forgot this one:

http://www.courts.mo.gov/osca/index.nsf/0/319d743f2be241ca8625697c00513ca8

6. Why do I always get summoned but other people don't?

A: All people selected for jury service are selected at random. (Have you ever noticed that sometimes when you flip a coin, heads will come up two or three times before tails, but eventually the odds will even out?) Counties may choose juror names randomly from the Missouri Department of Revenue driver's license records and from voter registration rolls. Some counties use other lists such as personal property tax rolls.

IMO: Don't like the sound of using personal property tax rolls.

I think he forgot to take his meds.

Who was her other guest with him??? I couldn't figure it out, nor could I understand what he was ranting about?
MB's stepdad, I think

Hand GASH

How how can Dr. Baden say with a straight face there are ....

#1 no injuries to the hands

#2 no injury consistent with a struggle

If he was standing positioned like on the autopsy diagram.

then his 'answers' in the ME report arent very helpful. Who stands just like that diagram when running from/lunging at a cop?

baden just said there were NO INJURIES on MB's hand---what about the GASH?

No injuries on his hands from punching someone, although he then said, that's not unusual.

I have a feeling MB got off one good punch, knock out game style.

I didn't know what he meant by "if he had a fracture, there would be leakage?"

And yes, just says yes, to the "all shots from the front question" his only caveat, based on the anatomical position"

No comments about 1 shot possibly being from behind.

I think he meant information leakage... Not an official release of the fracture information

Missouri grand jury mulling Darren Wilson’s shooting of Michael Brown has 3 blacks, 9 whites
While Ferguson is a mostly African-American suburb, the grand jurors were selected from a county-wide pool of registered voters. St. Louis County, which does not include the city of St. Louis, is about 23% African-American, according to U.S. Census figures.

Look at that autopsy picture... if he would have been shot at close range... like in that struggle... his hand would have been blown half-way off. That gash really is consistent with being caught in the slide.

And I bet that hurt like son of a gun.

right. but the anatomical position is always used in reports, autopsies, etc because there has to be a common standard so that terminologies mean the same thing to everyone using them

 I thought he meant his eye was somehow leaking

The later it gets, the harder it is to follow along sometimes!

and it's not easy when they are talking over each other

Man, they really can come up with some inventive stuff don't they?

I find it incredible offensive and disingenuous for Dr. Baden to state it doesn't look like Officer Wilson has a severe injury based on the video footage of him after the shooting walking around at the scene.

IMO
