That was James Williams Mike Brown's friend's attorney it said below him on the screen. I never saw him before, but he was fired up, not sure about what. Anyone else get why he was so mad?

Who is James Williams? And why does MB's friend need an attorney? Am I going to need one too, before this is all over? Please tell me now, because I need to go start "borrowing" from my kids' piggy banks.

Does his dog have one too?

My fist thought as well...and he was able to draw his gun, and say "I'll shoot you," while maintaining that hold.

Oh and Baden also said, no marks on his neck, and didn't qualify it by saying "that's not unusual"

The way DJ first described that "choking" hold, you would figure there would be bruising, and possible finger nail marks as well.

RBBM: like he said no marks/swelling on MB's hands was "not unusual" after delivering a punch

DJ described seeing "the muscles in DW's arm tensing" during the chokehold

When you think as a lay person is one thing....
He's a pathologist.

He has autopsied hundreds of people with deadly injuries that aren't visible from the vantage point of that video footage.
Think JonBenet's skull fracture that was unknown until autopsy.

Yeah, Officer Wilson was standing up and walking around & not a bloody mess... He would have no idea by looking at that video alone that Wilson wasn't suffering a severe concussion, orbital fracture, bleeding in his brain, brain swelling.... Etc...

All IMO

Don't those things generally cause symptoms, at least?

Yeah, since DJ could "see the muscles in his arm!" and everything

IKR? Why couldn't they make it so us lay people* can understand? Like "in relation to the missionary position".

*no pun intended
OMG

wait, I thought former F'son mayor Bosley (the guy on the right) was DJ's atty ("MB's friend's atty")

I find it incredible offensive and disingenuous for Dr. Baden to state it doesn't look like Officer Wilson has a severe injury based on the video footage of him after the shooting walking around at the scene.

I think it's weird. I've broken numerous toes at different times and some turned black/blue within an hours, some not until the next day. So, I would think no one could tell outwardly if OW was injured until he was taken to the hospital. The damage to the eye could very well be a fractured bone behind the eye which would take hours if not longer to see. Now, a quick smack in the face is to the surface and is readily seen. Soooo, that video tells me nothing about whether or not OW "LOOKED" injured. Didn't Chief Belman (sp?) say that OW had been taken to the hospital because of injury to his eye on camera?

He's a high profile witness...with warrants and a slew of versions out there.
If I were him, I'd want an attorney with MY best interest & personal safety in mind...
I'm not so sure that's what he has now.

James Williams, is the attorney representing Dorian Johnson..

  • #151
I guess he's a new (or new to media) attorney for Dorian Johnson. I don't know why he was snarky at the end when he said "My last name is Williams!" cuz that's what JJ had called him through the whole time he was on... I listened to it twice

How long was that video clip Dr. Baden saw?

That's all Baden saw...according to him. He claims to know nothing about Wilson's medical reports.

He's got a couple of bullies for attorneys, I'd say. Usually Mosely is much more rational than he was tonight. imo, of course

Yes he did. He went even further and stated Wilson was almost beaten unconscious.

That's not what we meant. The question was what info is used to obtain people's names for jury duty, not that you have to be registered to vote to be on a jury.
Well, actually, snoop dawg was asking did one have to be a registered voter in post #103 this thread.

http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sh...teen-Michael-Brown-10&p=10891732#post10891732

That is the post that prompted me to look at the St Louis County information regarding jury duty and post the information here.

Right, he doesn't qualify the lack of neck injury statement...

I'm thinking, he never grabbed him that way.

Maybe MB grabbed Wilson by the neck :dunno:

Just a thought.

And I keep wondering, DJ states emphatically he was right next to MB during this, were his clothes collected into evidence? There could be GSR and possibly some blood if he was that close?

Brady doesn't corroborate DJs position as by the window though. DJs actions at the store, and if he wasn't standing by Wilson's car window seem to indicate he wanted no part in any kind of criminal behavior. Outstanding warrants will do that i guess?

Hey, Snoop,

Ppl who own cars, trucks, motor vehicles are on StLCo 'personal property tax rolls'
so would be a larger component/percentage of StLCo pop, than ppl who own real est.

IIRC, since St.L Co uses personal property tax rolls and other lists/sources for jury selection,
it is more 'inclusive' than jurisdictions using only real property (land ownership) rolls.

Therefore, jury pool would include more candidates, than if using only real est owners, imo.

Maybe he learned his lesson.
I'd like to think so.
