But officer wilson has no history of abusing civilians before. He has a clean record. Why would he pull a gun out on this teen, in broad daylight, in front of a zillion witnesses, most of whom don't like cops? I could believe it if they ran into each other in a dark alley maybe.
But the prior 10 minutes show MB is the one with the bizarre aggressive behavior, NOT the officer. Why paint this cop with such a broad brush, and paint him out to be a racist criminal, when there is no prior history of that?
If we are going to paint the cop with a broad brush then we should do the same with MB, correct?
I think the only real 100% truth we will get is the evidence.
I am not going to assume that the officer is going to lie about anything. So far he has not been caught in any lies, because he has only told his story to the investigators. And his family.
Dorian has told several blatant lies. So he has lost all credibility, imo.
Why Is remembering MB "re-victimizing" OW? For that matter, why is OW considered a victim? The eye injury? He is the shooter, remember? MB was the victim, in my eyes. Heck, even legally. It may have been a justified shooting, we don't know yet. But MB was a shooting victim, a dead one.

I have reasonable doubt that Officer Wilson shot MB while he was holding his hands up in the air surrendering. I do not have reasonable doubt that MB beat the officer almost unconscious and tried to take his gun before running away. So it is not hard at all for me to believe MB stopped running, turned around and bum rushed the officer. After all, the officer did miss with all the shots if he was shooting for center mass (chest). MB likely gambled that he could reach the officer before he could fire the fatal shot if he crouched down running on his hands and feet with his head down near the pavement. That would take away the likelihood of the officer being able to shoot him in the chest, but then MB's head became center mass instead of his chest. I think it would be easy to figure out where MB was when he got hit with the first bullet vs when he received the fatal shot to the top of the head. If there's drops/splatters of blood behind where he fell dead, that's proof positive in my mind that he was running toward the officer. JMO
First of all, none of us know what Officer Wilson was doing in the 10, 20, 30 minutes, the hours before, or the days before this murder. We do NOT know what his state of mind was, either. No, he didn't rob any store, but that does NOT mean he couldn't have been irritated by something going on in his life, or some other thing which would affect his state of mind.
None of us know him personally or professionally, as far as I know of.
JMO.

No, they should be arrested.

"In the weeks afterward, until his shooting death by Darren Wilson, a white police officer, on Aug. 9, they detected a change in him as he spoke seriously about religion and the Bible. He was grappling with lifes mysteries."

And what happens if the cop tries to arrest someone, and that 'unarmed' person, who is 6ft4 in and weighs 300 bs, shoves him back in the car, punches him in the face and tries to et control of the gun. Then what?
I've been wondering about this question of classification of "victim".
At the end of the day, I wind up thinking - Would anyone call the rapist a victim, simply because he was killed, even if the killing was justified?
Omg, I did not know this. Funny how that little teeny minor detail has been completely left out in the discussion on these threads.
