With all due respect, I don't see anyone defending MB or what he did. Having said that, cops aren't allowed to shoot rapists and pedophiles IF IF IF they have surrendered themselves to arrest (even if I might want them to).

I find it interesting that in her video she says "the police killed that boy outside my apartment". If I had just witnessed an unjustified killing I would be saying something along the lines of "I just watched a cop kill that boy in cold blood (add in a few expletives). While she is not me and I am not her, I just feel that if you watched a murder you would be expressing that you saw it and perhaps describing it. It sounds as though she caught the end of it (once Michael was falling) and made her own conclusion JMO.

JMO I haven't been here for lots of years, but have you old timers ever had this much difficulty determining which is the crime scene car? In my short time, I have never seen the likes of it! Why is it not identified by MSM or LE or SOMEBODY? Usually we are able (by enterprising members) to know timelines, and have photos and maps.. This is labrynthine! I keep thinking I know which is the SUV in question and the get confused all over again! I sort of think that the SUV with lots of crime tape, back facing the drainage gutter, is it. IS IT??? I've never seen one that had umpteen million police and their SUVs present, most of which might be easily mistaken for the Officer Wilson vehicle.

I would rank him up there as #1 as well for the same reasons. It was right after the incident, and he likely wasn't even aware he was being recorded. IMHO, he had no reason at that moment to embellish anything. JMO!

That's a possible scenario, al66pine, and I have wondered who he was talking to or if he was like me (often) talking to himself. In any case, I find his discourse even more reliable, in that, whoever he was talking to never did dispute anything he was saying/describing. Unless I missed something important, I thought it sounded more like a live-stream description of what was happening, like he was blathering to someone next to him as it was actually happening. But I'll have to listen again, more carefully, to make sure.

The "witness" was talking to someone else standing right there- you can hear that guy saying the POLICE shot this guy??? The POLICE??? And he wasn't getting that at first. If you listen to the whole video, you can also hear the guy say it was the guy who ran through here, where I live, mentions guy with dreads running through here before. All paraphrased, but sounds like DJ ran home during the shooting- which I probably would have too- police would have wanted to question him if he had stayed to see the whole shooting and then it was just OW and DJ... where are those parked cars he hid behind??? I never have seen them or heard anyone say they were moved- they were by OW's car. All my opinion.

Instead of saying "his details" I s/h/said "his account" or 'his story."

Just because he may not have known he was being recorded, does not mean he was being truthful.
He may have been trying to impress some chick even though he did not see everything he said he saw.
Some W/S'ers commented that some 'witnesses' have merely parroted others.

Again, not judging his credibility, just saying I/we do. not know. Or at least I do not know.

yep, complete with a eulogy comparing him to Jesus Christ and how he died. I have had some serious wtf moments as i have watched the coverage of this and the complete overreaction to it. MB was instantly elevated to a mythological gentle giant/saint and OW was instantly demonized before any fact were in and even long after the not so pretty truth of MB came out.
