That is awesome. It's sad that more LEOs can't feel safe enough to show their support for him. His fellow officers probably are scared to say the wrong thing and get him in more trouble, or say the wrong thing and have the community go after them more. Just watching them all standing there while the crowd was screaming obscenities at them literally made me want to go up to each and every one of them and give them a hug. Sure they are human and imperfect, but they worked their tails off to become cops, most of them simply trying to help make a difference in the world, protect their communities and get such little pay. It was just so shameful and I commend each and every one of them for keeping their cool. I know that I could not have done that!

in the first video where they are marching in the street, someone is dragging a baby along with them...good lord why! At the end a couple ppl aren't marching they are just walking in the middle of traffic for the heck of it it appears. It's less than 4 mins long.

I can only imagine the pressure on me if I was a black person that had witnessed all of 6ft4 MB running at OW.....I would run and hide about now. Some people in that community just want their version of the story in the press, woa to the rest. IMO.

Anyone else feel like any minute now someone's going to jump out and say, "that's what it's all about?"

On a boring Saturday night, with no serious new news (outside of the new witness coming forward) I was wondering if it would be ok to take an informal poll? I was wondering who you initially "sided" with (MB/OW for clarity,) if you opinion has changed and what your tipping point was that perhaps changed your change in direction, either way.

For me, I initially sided with MB and began to lean toward OW after the store video and completely flipped when I learned of the punch in the face.

Finally got enough time to read this whole article on Dr. Mary Case, the Chief Medical Examiner that did MB's first autopsy.

Check it out! She and Dr. Michael Baden worked together on the Drew Peterson/ Kathleen Savio murder case! Her neuroforensic testimony about the impossibility of someone generating enough force and velocity from a bathtub fall to knock them unconscious long enough to drown helped put Peterson away for murder-- lots of detail in the article. Very cool!!

Soooooooo.......this is one VERY smart woman and professional, well into her career (well, toward the end) with a sub specialty of forensic neuropathology! I'd love to have coffee with HER, lol! She is going to have a LOT of detail in her autopsy about the 2 GSWs to the brain. And she is a very meticulous person by nature, apparently. Cool! This will not be a crappy, poorly worded, poorly documented autopsy, IMO!

Yes, this article is a "fluff piece", but produced well before MB was killed, so the integrity of the motivation for the story is sound, IMO. It was published July 2014. This lady is a forensic "rock star", to be grouped right up there with Arpad Vass, Bill Bass, Micheal Baden, etc. This lady is no Shiping Bao, IMO! Her autopsy, and her conclusions, will be very, very thorough, and un-impeachable, IMO.

Hope someone else will enjoy this article again as much as I did. The cases that are outlined are pretty fascinating. Here is the link again.
