Actually they find drugs on whites much more often when they search them, but still search cars owned by POC much more frequently.
So...... nope.
The link has been posted a few times, would you like it?
I'm not arguing with you. Maybe I'm missing something. Your saying police stop people for suspected drugs & then report they found none. How does this work?

Thank you, Klood-N! It's not as if MB was profiled. He robbed a store, assaulted the clerk, then ignored a police officer's lawful order to get out of the street, then assaulted the police officer, then fled, then turned and charged the police officer. There was no profiling going on there, and this case isn't about profiling. The activists and instigators are trying to use this case as if it's their own personal candy store to demand everything they've ever wanted.

This case isn't about profiling, and it's not about traffic tickets. It's about a very large powerful man who committed several violent acts in a very short space of time, and who suffered the consequences of his choices.

Great summary. Exactly.

Yea, that was discussed here when the shooting was first reported.
Remember to check out all our WS threads on this case. :)

I read some before joining and some while waiting to be approved, but thanks. My post was in response to Reedus's rumor from someone he knows close to the case about fingerprints, if I recall correctly, I just hit the wrong button to reply so it wasn't clear. Sorry about that.

Yoo?
None of this aligns with what the studies say. Want links?

Actually I would like some unbiased links please, I'm always for learning more.

((incidentally I said unbiased because it is very easy to skew a study to support a particular view point, having studied statistics myself I've seen a lot of studies that when you look at the control questions (or lack thereof) and what have you, the studies just seemed designed to push a particular narrative))

CNN just now covering the livery driver. Websleuths beats 'em again!!

Thanks for letting us know. I'll look for that. It'll be interesting to see how they covered it. It seemed like big news to me, but didn't seem to generate much conversation here.

I have no experience with a grand jury, but it wouldn't surprise me if the GJ gets to hear/watch all the various interviews -- particularly in light of McCollough's statement that they're going to see everything. IMO, it definitely gives one a better picture of things to see the evolution of the narratives by the various witnesses, as opposed to any one single interview.

But as to the legalities or customary practices in that regard, I have no idea.

Also, the jurors are only together one day a week. I am not certain what the rules are about looking at media and news and reading articles. So I think they may be seeing a lot of things on their own. But IDK the rules.

What "livery driver"? Is that like a taxi driver? Is this a witness to the shooting?

Sorry! Just saw this. I was catching up. It's the personnel who came to transport Michael's body. I'll find a link.

Wow! Have you guys seen this? Just found it. This video provides a lot of info. So the family knows why Michael was in the street so long!

Medical transporter explains why Michael Brown’s body laid on the ground for hours
It was unsafe, we feared for our lives

So much of the initial narrative has fallen apart. An EMT declared him dead a few minutes after the shooting, he was covered a few minutes after that, the scene investigation was conducted, transport was called less than 2 hours after the shooting, the body transporter was there for Michael by 2:25, but couldn't get him because of shooting and the unruly crowd, so they sat right there waiting for two hours, and LE erected barriers to shield him from view. He did not lay out there with nobody checking on him uncovered for four hours. And Michael's mom knew why, in spite of what their attorneys have said. Per the video, she was pleading with the mob because the personnel were not safe to pick up her son's body. This is why it's so important to get the facts out there. The whole truth may help quell some of the rage. I'm glad more information is getting out and that McCulloch is moving quickly.

"Michael rapped about fathers who don't pay child support and do jail time. A case was brought against his own father ... for failure to pay child support in 2012" ... Did this involve a warrant that his mother applied for?

"In 2007 Mike Brown Snr plead guilty to a drug possession felony carrying a minimum penalty of 5 years jail time." ... Did this involve a warrant?

There are also some of MB's lyrics on this link. Difficult to tell what is truth and what is fantasy. I wonder if the reference to "blood" is about the gang. In those lyrics is as well the reference to "gangs" where I had the feeling MB felt like rejected, as I posted about earlier today. I also wonder if MB possibly 'smoked pills' as his lyrics indicate? JMO.

'Feel my pain. Smoking Swishers': Edited rap lyrics of Michael Brown

Heaven (ft. Two Cupz), posted July 25

Money on my mind I ain't got the time

My Pain, August 3

Feel my pain. Feel my pain. Smoking Swishers

Feel my pain. Feel my pain. We're the same children Jesus made

I watched it and it was very interesting. It showed just how much chaos was created that day and how dangerous it was for the funeral director and LE.

How ironic that LE got blamed later on for letting MB's body lay there for hours when in fact it was the chaos, including shots being fired by some protesters there. JMO

Agreed. In reality, we know so very little. To be quite honest, I even want to see close up videos of DW. His lack of an apparent injury and his lack of favoring it or touching it in that one video, along with the other officer not looking at the injury once strikes me as odd but that video is from so far away. Surely, someone out there got a closer picture/video of DW to show an apparent injury. Redness. Swelling. Blood. Bruising. Something.

Exactly, because no one on the scene seems to have seen injuries at all. How long was he there, I wonder?

When the evidence is finally released, there will be pictures that were taken of his injuries, timestamped and dated.

Yeah, it seemed like a frightening environment from very early in this. Amazing that the angry mob caused the problem, then raged about the problem they caused, blaming others. I think it's pretty rotten that the family knew this and their attorneys still misled the public with their inflammatory accusations.
