Apologize??? I really don't understand what these people are thinking? Why aren't the activists INFORMING them how their government actually works, and help them come up with productive ways to achieve positive change?

I've been researching it. Seems "demands" is part of the Black Panther movement.

The Ten-Point Program formed the foundation of ideology for the Black Panther Party; it became the list of demands of the party and the goals of the struggle to regain their Black communities.
