The Dept. of Corrections has a big, white school bus standing by to transport those arrested....how ironic.

MY heart is in my chest. This is madness. Please let EVERYONE be safe!!

ETA sorry so flustered - meant to say heart is beating out of chest. This is so scary. One wrong thing and someone could be seriously hurt. I am a nervous wreck watching this all unfold and the tension build

Hate to say he does have a point

I have co-workers that commute from St. Louis and the surrounding area. They convey the same sentiments as this motorist.

I have to say that I am all for people protesting. I think that is a right, I just don't see why there are protests now.
The grand jury is doing their thing, The feds are investigating. I think the problem is that now people want instant justice not real justice.
That is problematic. Instant justice is what they used in the wild west. You did not get a trial you got hung or shot.

I just can not find a good reason for todays protest and blocking main roads. It seems really pointless right now. Let the gj do their job. Let the feds investigate.

I think today is because the don't trust McCulloch to handle the GJ. They wanted a special prosecutor appointed.

It's ok, tlcya. Just relax. You might try reading Chapelle-Nadal's tweets. Apparently, she's calming. ;)

Police are shutting down Northbound Hanley(sp) ramp...telling to put on message boards that Hanley east-bound exit ramp is shut down.

Except as we've established, he is not the one handling the grand jury. At this point, I'm guessing that demand will now be expanded to include what race a special prosecutor must be.
