Kennedy - it may be RIGHT, that is w/in guidelines, but not how a situation would have been handled if it was a white person.

Anyone who attacked a police officer and fled apprehension would have been shot, regardless of color, IMO.

Because it seems to me all the egregious force allegations came against officers from other departments, including the guy who pointed the assault rifle at protestors (he was on the St. Ann force, IIRC.)

Body cams are about 1200 to 1700 per unit. Plus will also have upkeep and storage of data.

And at least 1 from the City was then hired by the FPD. Somehow, have got to find a way to increase pay for officers to attract more applicants so places like Ferguson don't have to resort to hiring officers who have already dealt with such charges.
