Leaking it? They released it.
exactly. And how do you 'poison the well' if the released info is THE TRUTH?
Leaking it? They released it.
I would absolutely agree that there has to be an educational process for everyone up there.
The majority of the witnesses, that we have seen so far, did not see the initial encounter. They began watching after hearing the shots.
Ow does not have to match those witnesses, he has to match the forensics. And from what we know, his story does match the forensics. Otherwise he would be in jail already. jmo

Question about potential blood. Hypothetical because I have no idea but let's say there is a trail of blood drops 25 feet beyond where MB came to rest. In other words, it would tend to show that MB traveled 25 feet further and then turned around and came back those 25 feet before falling. Would the experts be able to determine from the pattern if he was walking, stumbling, running, etc.?

I don't find any value in making baseless accusations against the police department. The PD didn't leak anything. The robbery video was released intentionally, not leaked. It is evidence of a crime. The PD didn't leak OW's injury, the Chief publicly mentioned it in a press briefing.

Cool. So AA can walk around with their weapons.
sonjay, and any posters with firearms experience, I'd be interested in hearing opinions about the injury to MB's left hand that Attorney Parks described as a "big gash". Dr. Michael Baden carefully, IMO-- and specifically, IMO, avoided saying this wound is a gunshot wound. My opinion is that it is a strong possibility it is a "slide bite" injury. I posted about this a few days ago, but didn't see any other ideas or discussion about the "slide bite" theory. What do people think? Because it seems very highly significant if it IS a slide bite injury, or a GSW that occurred inside the patrol vehicle, as opposed to a glancing GSW at a further distance, when the other shots were fired.
Here's a link to my previous post Aug 24 (Thread 10, post 199) about "slide bite" as a theory of that palmar hand injury/ wound. It would have been bleeding briskly at whatever point it was received, meaning if received inside the patrol vehicle, MB's blood will likely be in the car, and on OW's uniform, too.

So they plan to set up camp with their folding chairs all day, every day, in a pking lot across from the police station? OK. Imagine what they could do with that same amount of time and energy, if it were focused on something productive?
Was FPD still in charge of the investigation?
