Well, I'm a little behind in the posts, and I don't have cable to watch it, but at that point all people had posted was that they were chanting something about arresting OW. Seems pretty tame to me.

That was nothing. Individuals were making scary threats against council members. Like watch your backs, we are watching you...etc

Typical of Shahid - using inflammatory speech and comparing police officers to a terrorist group who is beheading innocent journalists. His agenda is transparent - get folks riled up by making emotionally charged statements.

Meanwhile, he makes and/or endorses terroristic threats of burning down City Hall and the police station.

Also, one speaker gets in Stengers face, says he has ' UNTIL NOON TOMORROW TO DENOUNCE MCCULLOCH" And the crowd begins chanting ' until noon, until noon" !!!

What happens at noon tomorrow to the head of the city council if he doesnt follow their demands? That is threatening behavior by this crowd.

I don't have all day to read threads, especially since I've returned to college. At that point in the thread/proceedings, it didn't seem like domestic terrorism was occurring though! Maybe more was said since that might change my mind, and I'm sure I'll get to it when I have time.

Comparing this week's meeting to last's, I think the air is going out of the protest balloon. Mostly left with politicos-in-waiting like Anthony French, buffoons like Anthony Shahid, Brown family relatives calling for an arrest so Crump Inc. will stay around, some professional rabble rousers, and a dwindling number of ignorant, emotional followers.
