IF the tape was from June, don't you think that it would have been reported on? Both the family lawyers, as well as the lawyer for the friend/witness have never disputed the connivence store video was from that morning. In fact the friend's lawyer (sorry mental block on his name) stated last night to CNN that the reason his client didn't mention the theft was b/c no one asked him what they were doing prior to the shooting!!!!

If that video was from any other day, we would have heard about that already b/c it would be an opportunity to further discredit the police.

And I can't understand why you end nearly every post with "SMH" when the view doesn't agree with your own

This video has been floating around for a couple days now, so I assume LE has seen/ heard it by now. I really hope the police can locate the person who filmed and posted this, to try to locate the background speakers.

Some think they can hear the speaker say MB "bum rushed" the cop, which is a term I was unfamiliar with, so I looked it up in the urban dictionaries. However, I suppose it's open to each person's personal interpretation of what they hear at this point, like the "f*n coons" comment a lot of people thought they heard in the GZ incident. Regardless of "bum rushed", the background speaker clearly says MB kept coming at the policeman. I hope they can locate these witnesses.

You can see a 6. I can see a 6. But it's not a date. What it says is CAM#6. Which presumably means camera #6.
