My experience has been the exact opposite

As more witnesses come forward the more convinced i am that wilson shot brown after the teen had surrendered with his hands up

The witnesses with the exception of the young man who didnt witness the shooting in its entirety all agree mike brown had his hands up before wilson fired the last fatal shots

The autospy fits he was shot multiple times in his arms, forearm

Not one first hand witness seen mike brown rush wilson.... two have however stated brown looked to have stumbled forward but it wasnt a bull rush which wilson claims

I believe his arms were down and moving as he was running toward Wilson. Like normal people's arms do while running...Wilson was aiming at center mass after being punch in his left eye...all of his shots pulled to the left because of the eye injury blurring his vision and relying too much on his right eye.
Wilson certainly wasn't aiming above Browns head....if you're claiming his arms were up when sustaining injuries.
It doesn't matter if Browns arms were above his head when the final shots were fired, Brown was still moving TOWARD Wilson...

In the end, it was Brown that tried to close the distance between them.

None of the witnesses actually have said brown was shot in the back ...they said his body jerked as if he had been shot and its still possible a bullet had grazed his arm, hand as he was running

No, that's what they said later.

Listen to the first versions.

I specifically said Baden's autopsy ...which disproves most of the early witness statements that claimed he was shot in the back while running away as well as those that claim Wilson stood over him and fired repeatedly.

really?

Dorian Johnson did to CNN on 9 Aug as well as others in the early days until Baden spouted off & illustrated no wounds in the back . . .

maybe you could read some of the links we have provided on this forum - will open your eyes, maybe :)

I am not sure which actions would be considered criminal. I don't think it will turn out that way after the evidence is all in.

It doesn't matter if Wilson knew about the robbery. Brown knew, thus the assault on the officer.

And there is not agreement concerning the hands up claim. But nearly all witnesses agree that Brown continued to move towards the officer. They were only 7 to 10 feet apart, so that is considered a threat, coming from someone who already tried to grab your weapon.

The 'judge, jury executioner' cliche is not applicable in this case, imo.

Well, in a way he did play judge, jury and executioner but the question is if he was justified in doing so.

As to justification, as I've been saying, probably best to wait and see what all the evidence says, particularly about distances in light of Belmar's comments. Some are very good at approximating. Others are not. I seen people say someone was about 10 feet away but then when you ask them, ok, so about the distance from one wall to the other in a 10x10 foot room and they will say oh no, it was a lot further than that. It could end up it was even closer. It could end up it was further. It might be good to wait and see what all of the evidence taken together suggests instead of snippets of interviews. That includes Belmar along with the other witnesses.

Hello

I don't know if i should take that as a compliment or not but thanks

Has ur opinion on the case changed?

Lol! I guess that was a confusing sentence, sorry :peace: But I am glad you're here, I love new members

My opinion has changed. The first turning point was seeing the strong arm robbery video. Then after the Brown family attorney stated on TV that there was a 'tussle' in the police car and a struggle over Officer Wilson's gun, I was gobsmacked. Then listening to the changing eye witness testimonies and reading the laws of MO in reference to justified police shootings, I landed on the complete opposite side.

While I wont commit to saying he was unjustified in shooting MB, it seems like the more and the more that comes to light makes me question how an indictment can't be handed down. If it's not, I certainly hope McCulloch isn't just paying lip service and truly believes there is authority to release the evidence because I won't rule out the possibility that there is unknown information that would support such a result but I simply haven't heard it yet.

How do we know he "tried" to close the distance?

And I thought part of the narrative supporting OW was that OW was also closing the distance between them as well.

Omg, so true. They were all kinds of mad on twitter about no statement from Beyonce and JayZ

I kid you not!

I'm serious. A lot less stress without twitter.

OK-Mainstream non-activists, is that better? Most of these people you named all have an admitted agenda

Melissa Harris Perry - activist liberal host of MSNBC who made jokes about the adopted African American grandchild of Mitt Romney
Jesse Williams - Harry Belafonte wanna be activist - but HAWT....
P Diddy - very successful...also very stupid....not to mention disrespectful to POTUS - "get on a plane" - seriously??
Snoop Dogg - yah OK - look, I like Snoop and all, but I really don't look to him for political inspiration, unless you're talking about the legalization of MJ
Pharrell Williams - wow...looked up what he said and quite surprised at how uninformed he is, but yes, I would agree he is mainstream

"The idea that that child laid on the ground, he's a child," he said. "I know he's 6'2", 6'3", something like that, but he's a child. Okay? He was laying on the ground for hours. That kid didn't ask to get killed and so I feel like that officer should be punished."
Spike Lee - OK seriously?

I can't help myself, it's like watching a train wreck. I want to look away, but I can't :blushing:

And I don't even have an account

That's my opinion, formed after reading every scrap, every photo, every single link posted here and my own research.
I'm married to it.
Unless, some Earth shattering tangible evidence comes to light.

Too funny. I'm sure there's been other cases, but I don't remember following another case where so much attention was given to random twitter posters. Didn't follow TM, but maybe that was like this?

Fair enough. Got no problem when it's stated as an opinion.

Groundhog day

I believe they said that was preliminary- that they had not been given X rays or residue etc, and so it was not in any way complete or final?
Was there another autopsy marked final/ complete - anywhere? I don;t think so! Could be next to the pictures of OW's bruises- in the pile of things we have not seen yet.
