Sounds like the same description of hands up that DJ gave.

Oh, that could be. I just took this right off the internet. If you can find something that is updated please do post it. Thanks

Yeah, I have no idea Lambchop, I'd go with what you have. Trying to watch football and read here. I just thought there had been some change to that law relatively recently. I just remember thinking how the duty to retreat seemed archaic and that it was a positive step. In fact, I thought someone here from Texas commented how they were happy to see we moved one step closer to Texas. But I cant say I've actually read it so I'd go with what ya have. Thanks.

They do corroborate each other for the most part. Those that are dismissive tend to waiver between there stories are so inconsistent they must be lies to they are so consistent that Shahid must have coached them all. The reality is that no one of consequence is dismissing their testimony. Even if the GJ doesn't indict, I'd suggest they still wouldn't have been as dismissive.

So then you wouldn't dismiss these 3 witnesses versions if say the autopsies, bullet patterns, videos, other witnesses all say something different and don't corroborate these 3 witnesses who stories are similar, but the hard evidence and other witnesses do? Your 3 corroborating witnesses don't have to be lying to be wrong about how they recalled the event. That's just how witnesses perceptions vary right? and why hard evidence should corroborate it.

I haven't seen any video, but supposedly they put suv guy in the police transport van. If so, possibly just to get him away from the scene safely. But someone is or was following the police transport vehicle. To make sure he's charged with attempted vehicular homicide.

Backpack guy is a joke. His grimaces. LOL!

Lol Seriously.

So, how are he and his fellow protesters going to react when they discover that the white SUV guy they say "ran them over" is not only NOT charged with "attempted vehicular manslaughter" (oh, my sides  ), but was only only at the station to be protected or make a statement and possibly press charges against the white bald guy, who they say "didn't do nothin" but got arrested?

;)

PIAGET SAID HE NEVER GOT HIS HANDS UP PAST MIDDLE OF HIS CHEST. She said that herself, and mimiced it for the camera. So how can you say she is credible when later on she said his hands were up?

Not to mention, hands & arms are very mobile parts of the body. Hands can go up, hands can go down, hands can punch your lights out, all in the space of a couple of seconds. It does not matter if MB had his hands up, partway up, or doing the macarena. At the point when he began advancing on the cop, he instantly became a threat again. Period.

Spotted on Twitter. I hope this person is right:

"Just been told the #Ferguson PD have said if protestors are in the street, arrest them"

Oh sure. He 'ran over' several protestors. Didnt you see it in the video?

Well, yes I did. LOL I watched the first one which was the officer with the SUV and I had no idea what was going on. Just that protestors were saying he ran over some people. Then I watched the second one and still could not figure why people were in the streets blocking traffic only letting those through that would shake their hand or give them a high-five. After that I was watching when I saw the SUV pull up after the blue car turned and started to back up right towards the SUV. I thought is that blue car going to hit the SUV and then I saw others surround the SUV so I pushed it back and watched it again.

I don't see the video guy back on so I'm wondering if he actually did show LE the video without viewing it himself and that is why we have not heard from him.

Sorry, but what the protestors were telling police in the first video I viewed is not what happened. You really don't need a gun for protection today, you need a camera. jmo

Go here and listen from 2:19:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-FTSPGly6NM

She clearly said that he NEVER GOT HIS HANDS UP. Listen to her say that, and then tell me why she goes into other interviews, and repeats what others are saying, that his hands were up in surrender position.
Because if he is moving forward, 'by a centimeter' , and his hands are in front, about chest high, THAT IS NOT A SURRENDER POSITION.

It's a giant game of chicken. Cops insisting keep out of the road or you'll be arrested, then one or two protestors step out in the street. Stupid. Yelling "Arrest Darren Wilson!" Cop videoing the crowd, they don't like that.

grrr I have sound but a black screen

You can hear some of the crowd jeering at the black officer for 'betraying his people' ----

I thought they said they wanted more black officers?
