I saw this story and its sad. Not sure how it relates to the whole MB/Ferguson thing, but I feel bad for that woman. She is going to be dead at a very early age. 3 huge guys beating on her in broad daylight and she doesn't press charges. She must have been warned with her life.

It certainly shows perps don't like being filmed, and everybody likely to run into one should have a cam ready to roll, especially white people in Ferguson. I wonder how the situation might have been different if "KKK" guy had been filming it too. If it had been me, I'd have thrown in a very dramatic I'm-having-a-heart-attack scene too.

I'd add nonblacks, and blacks they consider traitors like Devin James & Ron Johnson today too.

Protestors saying undercover cars driving up and down W Florrisant. Said Canfield entrance blocked off earlier.

Yeah. I don't know, but it shouldn't be either one. imo

They say the bad protesters are a tiny fraction of all the good people, right?

Well, I'm just fed up and cranky enough to say it's time for the good people to step up and show it. Quit submitting to it (doesn't work!) and put the bad people in their place.

Hopefully, that citizen support would help the cops break out of the PC chains they've been strapped in.

After fam left, some still calling to protest in Ferguson tonight.

Protest WHAT??? That the badly placed candles someone placed burned the memorial down?

Excellent points. There should be some sort of negotiations about what to do, involving the residents. I think feeling disrespected is at the bottom of much of the anger there. As long as the residents feel their concerns have been heard and accommodated as much as legally allowed, that should be enough for all reasonable people there.

Again with the reasonable

The problem is they are not are not reasonable!!!!! (Not yelling at you :))

If they were a lot of this crap wouldn't be happening. But why should they be? They have a state senator acting worse than many of the protestors. this band of people are terrorizing innocent residents, making violent threats toward LEOs, and costing the city millions of dollars in destroyed property, lost business, and overtime pay for the very police dept. they despise.

Uggghhh, again, this is not directed at you. I saw the word "reasonable" and....well..../rant

No disrespect, but I am really over the hero worship of MB's parents. Enough. IMO, he was a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 that tried to kill a cop.

I'd be more sympathetic if the payout factor wasn't there.

I've seen too much, I guess. :(

No, that KKK deli cops sent their drone to spray gas/alcohol and burn down the memorial, then staged the scene with candles. They aren't even allowed to mourn, or something.

Here is my issue here. The inmates are running the asylum!

"Protesters" are allowed to walk in the middle of the street stopping traffic.
"Protesters" are allowed to literally stop vehicles on the road by standing in front of them and surrounding their vehicles
"Protesters" are allowed to verbally intimidate people driving their vehicles down a public road
"Protesters" are allowed to interfere with the arrest of a suspect by literally physically trying to pull the suspect away from the police
"Protesters" are allowed to create a memorial of teddy bears, candles and liquor down the center line of a public roadway
"Protesters" are allowed to create a separate memorial of teddy bears, candles and liquor adjacent to a public utility pole
Innocent man in vehicle who was surrounded by "protesters" handcuffed and arrested for accidentally hitting said "protester"

I'd suggest not allowing yourself to get so worked up over the small stuff. If LE has a problem with it, they'll remove it.

Eta: no wonder.

Vid of fam at Canfield: https://vine.co/v/O7jHwx21j6J

Thanks. Figures, doesn't it?

It's easy to posture as peace-loving in public while pot stirring, and I'm sure Crump has given them the whole seminar about it.

:gaah: If I keep reading this stuff, I might turn full blown curmudgeon.

Off to check my ears for hair..

Would that be before or after they burn down the police department? That is what I got from the tweets this morning. Unbelievable.

I'm see in those tweets frustration that the protests have dwindled down to an impotent few.

I agree. Shutting it down is exactly what they wanted.

Example:
******** fenerson‏@kfen73·29s
Streetfest cancelled! It's working.Lets stay the course. No justice, no festivals. No BAU #Solidarity #ChangeWillCome #TheMovement #Ferguson

Has anyone been able to find out how the CRV driver is doing after his experience with the "peaceful" protesters?

Since "they" have published his personal stuff all over and called him a homicidal KKK, etc.

I've seen the pic of his being cuffed. :maddening:
