I truly believe no true bill, but don't you think they'll wait just a little bit longer before announcing? Maybe after the elections?
I truly don't know, which is why I'm asking: Are there any rules or statutes governing when GJ decisions are announced? Even if there are no laws governing an "announcement," there must be something governing when the GJ's decision is formally filed... with the clerk of the court's office, or wherever it gets filed, and the filing would probably be public record. Yes? No?
I mean, I can't imagine that GJ decisions can be kept secret (i.e., unannounced & unfiled) for as long as they want to. It seems like there would have be some sort of deadline. Does anyone know if there is, and if so what it might be?
