Can't believe all these 'peaceful' protestors are back on the street again now. They are celebrating I guess. Thinking they are 'winning' now.

Earlier reports said he was off duty. Was he stalked or followed and they knew he was a cop? Or was this a random fwy shooting?

The articles say the officer shot at on the freeway shot back - I hope at least one of the perps got hit.

ETA: If any of the three got hit, they'll need medical attention. We all know how it goes from there.

Things I learned from these protestors

The F word is your friend
If you smoke too much you cough loudly into iphones
In order to protest you must first be paranoid
Whoever screams the loudest, wins
Your chant doesn't have to make sense, as long as it rhymes
Never trust anyone with a uniform or suit
If you can't dazzle em with screaming, baffle them with BS
The law does not apply to Ferguson
If you don't know the facts, make it up

That was my hope too and black chargers shouldn't be too hard to track down. I've been gone over a week and it's the same thing on a different day. I'm also disgusted with the politics in this whole incident.

There's nothing that can be said to quell this community so the law must be enforced.

The only thing I can see at this point is either lock it down - Martial law or a big azz mass exodus. Let em loot, riot and shoot each other

:(

There doesn't seem to be a whole brain cell left among any of these haters.

He also said some people who took part in protests over Brown's shooting have threatened to kill a police officer.'

A Ferguson police officer was shot in the arm Saturday night after encountering two men at a community center who ran from him and then opened fire during a foot chase, authorities said.

St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar said at a media briefing early Sunday that the officer approached the men around 9:10 p.m. because the community center was closed. As the officer approached, the men ran away. When the officer gave chase, "one of the men turned and shot," Belmar said.

Also early Sunday, not far from Ferguson, an off-duty St. Louis city police officer was injured on Interstate 70 when three suspects fired shots into his personal vehicle, a police spokeswoman said.

'Johnson told a group of demonstrators after the shooting.
He also said some people who took part in protests over Brown's shooting have threatened to kill a police officer.'

"Chief Belmar told reporters the officer was very close to two suspects [later corrected to one suspect] when one turned on him with a gun. He said the officer blocked the gun with his arm then was shot."

"In a separate incident hours later, gunmen fired at a car driven by an off-duty St. Louis city police officer on an interstate highway. The officer was in his private vehicle and was not wearing a uniform shirt at the time. The gunmen passed the officer on the left and shot his vehicle multiple times with handguns, police said in a statement."

Illustrates why officers are trained to view suspects in close proximity to them as representing a threat imo.
