Is the female journalist now speaking on msnbc the same girl that hopped in Tim Pools car? Her voice sounds very familiar

Agree with this...but, when will the protestors realize the people they should be angry with are some of the very "leaders" standing with them.

Yes.

Also, let us remember to take note that some of these sterling leaders were at the memorial, standing arm and arm with the certain other people. Sometimes, the really important choices we make in life have a huge impact (even it is by implication); on others. For instance, what has happened in this incident. We have been lied to from day one from certain people involved in this incident. Inviting and permitting people into a memorial is a choice.

I'm still waiting for a direct, concise and sincere apology to the storekeeper that was strong-armed, bullied and robbed. To do the right thing or not to do the right thing is a choice, as well. For me, the fact that I'm still waiting for an apology speaks volumes as to character of some. Not mentioning any names or persons here!

Since we are not permitted to speak of MB's family all I can do is share how we parented:

I raised my child to be very respectful and cooperative while dealing with LE, insisted she attend DARE programs, to never use profanity especially in public etc... We were in constant contact via text and cell phone all day long, every day, even school days. ( the school system permitted cell phones at that time). We showed her respect by knocking on her door prior to entering her room at a very young age, we listened very carefully to any complaints she had. I could go on and on...I feel very strongly about taking personal responsibility and I think that this incident has a lot to do with choices that were and were not made. Maybe our child smoked pot at some time in her teen years, maybe she had a drink or 3 before she was 21, I know that she broke the town curfew a couple of times (9:00 pm every day of the week for children under 16.) She was not a perfect child, but a child that was fully educated by my husband and me.

The point I am trying to make is that we taught her that if she chose to do something that was against what we had taught her that there would be consequences.

What are you referring? This is a local government issue that morphed into a cluster****. It is a protest against the Ferguson police department not the US government. Plenty of state and local governments have lost in US history (Topeka v. Board of Education, confederate states, etc). You stated government's always win and this is just not accurate, now you are acting as if I should have been able to read you mind. Sorry, I didn't get your inference. My original post was a failed light hearted attempt to point out that governments don't always win.

From what I can tell, it is a protest against a police department that had probable cause to stop Mr. Brown. The stop by Wilson wasn't based on racial profiling, had nothing to do with a civil rights, had everything to do with an strong-arm robbery. It is disingenuous to suggest it represents anything but what it is. And when I said the government always wins, I had Kent State in mind.

I don't know how Baden works when he is a consultant on a case like this, but the few times I have seen him on MSNBC, Fox, or CNN, he is not afraid to go in a direction the shows anchor or host would prefer not to discuss. He is not afraid to say something is wrong or been handled appropriately even if that destroys the narrative of the daily "outrage" or raises questions on something everyone wants hush up. In my limited experience with his analysis or thoughts, I actually respect his candor which seems sorely lacking with many of the legal experts hired to promote the party line with whatever pretzels they have to contort to make it seem kosher. What women? The anchor? She's in no position to be stating what is or isn't indictable evidence!!!

No, a former prosecutor from NYC. Didnt catch her name. She said that the entry wound on the inside of the hand, in the palm area PROVES that he had his hands up surrendering.

Couldn't he also have his arms up and running towards the cop to take him down?

Crump was just on MSNBC, saying that the wound on the inside of his palm, bear the thumb PROVES that he had his hands up. The woman with him said that in itself was enough to get an indictment for the cop. ?

Gosh. I guess I don't agree with THAT at all. But then, maybe I have too much background medical info on GSW trajectories. Or something. Because if that was all it took to get an indictment of the officer, well, then, they would have known that Aug 10. Or am I missing something?

I call BS. More posturing, and spin. Deflection in advance of more autopsy info that will not support the narrative of Attorney Crump and his compatriots.

Every little piece of info that trickles out more strongly supports the actions of the officer as justified and clearly in the line of duty, IMO. And tomorrow is the beginning of a whole new work week. Lots of info will come out this week.

I just heard the talking head on CNN say that the family has a press conference scheduled for 9:30 am local tomorrow. (Sorry, no link.)

Sunday Gov. Nixon complained the robbery video had "cast aspersions" on MB. If he's consistent, tomorrow he'll complain Baden's autopsy of MB cast aspersions on Dorian Johnson.

I actually feel that although he might have been trying to put out some comments which some might consider "sympathetic," and therefore used against Wilson, he still states "he could have been charging forward at the officer," which indicates to me he isn't willing to issue a report that contradicts the evidence. This IMO gives credibility to his findings, and also illustrates his work ethic.

He also states the wounds weren't sustained at close range. Although he mentions not having access to MBs clothing, I think he knows as the the shots to the hand, forearm and head would have shown evidence of shots fired at close range, and if they did he would have definitely said it.

All moo, IMO and all that.

Some basic forensic discussion of entrance and exit wounds, ballistics, etc.

(click on highlighted amber areas in Utah article above for example pictures.)

I wanted to add, unlike crimes where the caliber of bullet, and type of weapon is unknown--it is known with certainty what the officer was carrying. No guess work needed.

She should know better than to say something like that. But then again she's a "CNN legal analyst" so she's gonna say what they pay her to say. That's what they all do regardless of what channel they're on.

As for "MB running toward Wilson with his hands raised," that IMO makes absolutely no sense. Why would he do that?

I'm watching MSNBC now, same nonsense ....same fanning the flames....

It appears journalism real journalism is very very rare.

Tim Pool rocks IMO unbiased reporting at its best.
