Michael Baden is a gun for hire with a history of shady findings in support of clearly guilty defendants like OJ Simpson and Phil Spector. In Simpson's civil trial he disavowed his criminal trial claim that there were 2 killers using 2 knives. In Spector's trial Baden had an "aha" moment the day before testifying, blindsiding the prosecutor with a new and ludicrous theory in support of Lana Clarkson shooting herself. Baden's wife was on the defense team. If the Brown family/Crump paid for the autopsy Baden did on MB, I'm sure he put the best possible spin on it he could.

Totally agree, and that's why there was just no "hiding" the fact of the frontal shots, which "everyone in the know" knew would come out soon. They suppressed that info as long as they could, then decided to release in the midst of induced/ provoked/ agitated riots. He delivered the unfavorable info as clinically basic as possible, with little to no explanatory detail, then departed the commentary. The best he could do was "omit" (withhold) his other findings, IMO. It is just glaring to me that he chose not to mention the preliminary tox at all. The timing was carefully chosen, IMO, for this Sunday eve. Baden had nothing favorable to the Brown family to work with. The evidence is the evidence. All they could control is the dissemination-- so they decided to release in advance of the first official autopsy. It's "strategery" (as a previous POTUS would define it). The strategy of "war", IMO. This is a game to many of the regulars, IMO.

More reports of shooting, report of eight people with guns. Protesters were marching toward the shopping center (where they are now), more cocktails thrown, LE fired tear gas and called in additional support.

Large crowd gathered at McD's and overrun with employees locking selves in. More cocktails thrown, police shot at, barricades set up to block LE, bottles, etc. thrown at LE. Response by LE elevated.
