I don't know, I'm no expert but listening to CNN two experts seem to believe Mike Browns arms were raised above his head.

I just want to know the truth. If the FBI/DOJ feel this was not a good shoot, so be it. If they say it was, so be it..

I'm no expert either! And yes the truth is what we need.

Is Baden done? Or will he be looking at other evidence?

Can't say I have ever seen anyone run palms forward with arms down.

Celebratory runs look like that. Like, after winning a race.

I certainly don't think that's what MB looked like at the time - I think his arms were in the air, but not in a surrender pose.

20 minutes until the hosting of the press.

Oh my word, if this is true all those people out there marching with their hands raised (depicting what they were told had happened) chanting don't shoot have been bamboozled. Very disturbing. Jmo

ciao

It would almost be laughable, if not for the death of MB

I don't think so, said he was waiting for XRays and clothing..

You mean not getting to his knees?

I think you might be correct, arms raised, don't shoot I have no weapon, kind of position...

CNN had the one female witness on and I only caught the end of it. She was asked about saying he was shot in the back and her comment was... well I know now from the autopsy he wasn't so I guess he was only grazed. (something like that)

If the bullet grazed MB in the back while he was running away, wouldn't that show up on the autopsy?

I don't think he said he was "waiting" for those things. I took it as "I haven't seen this info, b/c it wasn't provided to me" :dunno:

Also, speaking of experts Fox is going to discuss after break.

thanks for enlarging i couldn't figure out how to do it!

the upper arm shot…if his arms were in the air and he sustained that shot, wouldn't it pass through his arm? the only way i see it traveling to his chest/pec area is b/c his arm was at his side?

Trying to figure that out. Not sure if the bullet hit the humerus that it would change direction or fracture the bone. That one is confusing. If entry was in pectoral area . Bullet could have deflected of rib to inner upper arm. Not sure which is entry, exit and re-entry point if there was one for this bullet. Narrative needed. Thanks

I just don't even have words anymore.... Yes, it would.

Funny how they gave the autopsy findings like 3 minutes of air time, after dismissing them with "this really doesn't tell us anything."

It would have been given the ENTIRE time slot, had the autopsy revealed MB was shot in the back.

I tend to think he was charging forward, hands out in front of him in an "I'm gonna getcha" position. We see this all the time on tv.

My opinion only

Yep, which would be any time after midnight tonight.

Apparently, Captain Johnson was either unaware of the order, or he wasn't authorized to comment on it, or...

At any rate, I have no doubt that it was signed before the Captain gave his presser, because within seconds of the presser ending, MSM was reporting on it.

IMO Capt Johnson was sent out with a script that was prepared for him to read.

Yep, they sure would have.

I believe this autopsy report is what ignited the riot so early. Someone got wind of it. In my opinion

I stand accused lol.
No-ya'll were standing accused but politely showed me the truth. Thanks Tiger.

LOL! I was not commenting on what you went thru last night/early this morning. No apologies needed. I was just showing you a link of the recorded press conference. I had trouble multi tasking with watching live stream and trying to keep up with websleuths posts. And my laptop went blank in the middle of it. I must have hit a wrong button. We are all in this together trying to find the truth.

I will look for the post from yesterday early evening. Paraphrasing: Family attorney hinted at negative information would be forthcoming.
