The result is pretty funny as people have to explain those are actually earplugs. As you can imagine, the answers he got in return were snarky and funny.

Watching Phoebeb, did you notice how Dr. Baden sidestepped the question when asked if marijuana was the only drug indicated on the tox report?

The attorney said otherwise. One of the shots entered the top of his head and out his eye according to the autopsy. Because Michael was taller than the officer I don't believe it would have been possible for him not to have been kneeling or slumped in someway for the bullet to follow the path it did. IMO

Yeah I heard that too. Not sure where he pulled that out of b/c right after he said that the ME gave a different direction of the bullets.

Just watched Crunk on CNN, while the interviewer played a quick snippet of the friend of the officer, explaining his version. Crump was visibly upset with the guy for playing it and said it was just hearsay on the radio and he wont address it until the cop tells his story himself.

It's really more of a principle of physics- inertia. If MB is charging, his body is moving in a forward motion at a steady velocity. It's going to continue moving in that same direction, with the same velocity. If he's standing still, there's no velocity, accept from the force of the bullet; he falls backwards.

Additionally, there's absolutely no way that MB is going to stand still and be shot 6 times without dropping to his knees or contorting his body in some way - and then there would be wounds elsewhere. There aren't. He was charging, it's clear to me.

I think the media has done an admirable job in respecting the family's privacy and not trying to portray any of them in a negative way. I can understand Dr. Baden not rocking the boat.
