Guys think about this. how would a 300 pound male be laying on his stomach if he wasn't shot from the back. if you were shot 6 times in the back you would fall forward. If you were shot 6 times in the front you would be falling backwards. How was he found laying on the street????

Because falling forward is consistent with the narrative that he was bum rushing the officer at the time.

Just curious. Do you think Dr Baden lied? "Dr. Baden said all of the gunshots were fired toward the front of Mr. Brown's body" My opinion, Dr. Baden has never changed his results.

If he was running forward then he could very well fall forward when shot. Because of inertia. He certainly wasn't shot six time in the back, we already know that because of an autopsy.

Well Idk I'm just relaying what was said by the family lawyer on nancy grace tonight. What I will say IMO is we still need the results from the initial autopsy and not just this partial autopsy report

Yes it will be very interesting to hear the evidence from the police vehicle. If he was shot in the hand close range in the cruiser...that will be huge!

ESPECIALLY if he was shot in the hand, in the car, at close range. Nothing says 'struggle over holstered gun' than a close up shot to the perps hand. :doh:

Dorian Johnson said he saw blood on MB's arm while they were at the car door window, before they ran.

He was not shot while he was in the car. He was shot after. There has been a report of a shot fired in the car but from what I gather no one was actually shot at that time.

You and I understand that MB was not shot in the back. I am having a difficult time understanding why some posters are still convinced that MB was shot in the back. Dr. Baden is probably the most respected autopsy specialist in the USA. Shaking my head.

Because, imo, he was charging the officer. And according to Baden's autopsy report, the final shot was in the head.
