Tim on Vice News is questioning the residents. They have stated clearly that they are residents.

From my viewpoint what these residents are saying and how they are behaving confirms what I have been posting regarding this community.

Not only do I think they are lying and twisting the facts of this incident, I think that they are deliberately taunting and inciting the police.

IMO, most people in this community have no idea whatsoever what the concept of personal responsibility and the impact of they horrible choices they make. No wonder this incident happened. The true victims are the LEO and the shop keeper.
