I am THRILLED they are using this guy for their case against the officer. IF it comes to trial, can you imagine the attorneys cross examining him about his experience and competence? :doh:

I have to go to sleep soon and get my kids in bed too.Thank God it's not a school night yet. It will take me a long time to calm down and sleep after this. This really bothered me and up set me.
