The process you experinced is exactly what happened for me exact and I remain confused as to how the autopsy in and of itself does not change the entire thing? HOw can anyone be shot in the back and there are no bullets in ones back. In and o fitself THAT defies any and all logic IMO> Truly cant grasp how the media is not even trying to emphize this glaring obvious fact!

Well, I do let people know that if they lean to the right, they have nothing to worry about! :floorlaugh:

I am left handed, so I always have to rethink "left" and "right" and just rely on what feels true.

Ima have to think fast to avoid the slicing! :scared:

I like this idea:

Blue porch lights, Darren Wilson T-shirts part of growing support for Ferguson officer

http://news.yahoo.com/blue-porch-li...rt-for-ferguson-police-officer-223740049.html

Yes. I have been leaving our front porch lights on since let me think here...3 days ago. I had read on thread number I forget lol, that during a gathering supporting the LEO, a person suggested leaving their porch light/s on. I don't have a link but I will try to provide one if asked. We do have some blue light bulbs leftover from Christmas time; I think I will switch our existing ones out and put the blue in.

As an aside an OT, leaving the front lights on is driving my DH bonkers, he turns the light off in a room while I am still in the dang room. As in: we are having a conversation in the kitchen, 2 seconds later he leaves the kitchen and turns the lights off. Sorry for going OT...back on topic does anyone have a live link yet? I've lost all feeds...

My brother was murdered by a black man. I did not encourage rioting in the streets. I did not use the media as my bully pulpit. I don't care what color the man who killed my brother was. It was unjust. It was murder. That man robbed me of my brother forever. That is what mattered. Not race.

I was one who initially took Michael Brown exactly as presented and assumed the officer was heavy handed and probably racist. Then I sat back and watched as more came out. I started out feeling one way and now feel that young Mr. Brown was aggressive toward the officer or that the officer may have had real reason to believe that he was a serious threat after some sort of aggressive confrontation at the car. I never did believe the friend who was with him's account because it was all kinds of sketchy, constantly changing to fit new info coming out. If a police officer is going to abuse his power and let his inner racist out he is not going to do so in broad daylight in the middle of the street in front of at least one witness he knows about but pulling a teen by the shirt collar into his open window, pulling his weapon and saying I am going to shoot you now. It is my very strong opinion that did not happen and that is what his friend initially said happened. It is simply INcredible in the truest definition of that word.

I do not believe Brown deserved to die because he appears to have committed a strong arm robbery over petty cigarellos. I do not believe Brown deserved to die at all. but I have come to believe based in part by an alleged witness's excited utterances heard on video tape taken just after the shooting and the autopsy report by Baden that young Mr. Brown may have caused his own death by some very very stupid actions and decisions made within a matter of seconds.

If the investigation into this shooting shows that the officer did in fact act improperly and used inappropriate force for whatever the circumstance was in those brief moments, I believe he should be charged. But I simply have not seen it proven or backed by evidence thus far and no amount of rhetoric (not from you) from the dignitaries and talking heads and analysts, all of whom have no more factual info than any of us will be getting me there.

What IS very clear to me is that Ferguson has problems. Deep social long existing problems. If this outcry over Mr. Brown's death has done anything, it has placed a bright spotlight on the serious and deep mistrust that exists by citizens for their police department and their elected officials.

I don't know if Mr. Brown needs justice in the form of murder charges against officer Wilson. But it surely seems evident that this community needs change and serious problems addressed. So if that is what justice ends up looking like I am all for it. I just hope it's not at the expense of an innocent man's reputation, career and future.

Thank you. You certainly stated how I feel better than I have!! :)

I completely agree with your opinion. We would have had yet another LEO; dead lying in the street.

And a killer on the loose with a LEO's weapon.

Verifiable things in DW's supposed account:

gun fired inside car?/injury to face?/shots fired as MB approached?/other?

ANd just imo I think him coming is going to escalate all kinds of stuff . It a tinder box == IMO the last thing they want is to talk to a authority figure - they have lived with it -- THAT is the whole issue - being disenfrachised.

None. No reason in the world.

A round table discussion with all parties isn't even ethical at this point IMO

Uhm, NO

I was making a joke out of MK making that statement b/c I think the governor has stepped over the line with regard to stating "vigorously seeking justice" and very few in MSM seem to care about that.

In this case, justice only means one thing "officer Wilson must be be convicted"

There's a process that has to be followed, he knows that. He and many others speak as if there has already been a trial and that Wilson has been convicted of 1st degree murder.

IDK, maybe that's what the evidence will prove, but it hasn't happened yet, and until then, politicians shouldn't be promising the MB family that Wilson's head will be delivered on a platter.

I've never said MB should be dead. Defending the officers right to due process does not mean I think MB deserved to die.

My bad,
I did not see the link where Nixon promised the Brown family Wilson's head. Do you have a link with that quote? I am still catching up.

I am not sure I should even post this....but I can't help wonder what the outcome would be if MB had shot Officer Wilson instead? Would we have even heard about it? Would the people of Ferguson want justice or would they just keep going on with their lives like nothing happened - just another cop dead - oh well. I agree that it should be about what what's right and wrong...but it has turned into something terribly ugly because MB happened to be black. All the riots, the looting, the shooting...and that's just tragic and sad. Racism works both ways sadly. It's really sad that we as loving and free human beings can not get past the color of people's skin and have equality.

I'm so sorry, Zuri. :tears: I can't even imagine...

Imagine that. ;) It seems MB has already been convicted. Did I miss his trial? Oh, yeah, right.

I saw the security video that recorded the strong-arm robbery committed by Brown. If you have any video of Officer Wilson committing a crime, please share it. Thanks.

Oh, come on!!! I've been reading like a fiend, and for the last ten pages, was so excited to be "catching up". I thought you guys slowed down for another news subject. :whew:

Then I reach the end and see the thread is closed, and I'm STILL 10-12 pages behind. LMAO

 you do know you can change your user settings right? Change it to posts in descending order and when you click on the thread it takes you to the latest comment. ;)

You don't think MB could have been called over to the window and once he got there the officer grabbed him to subdue him? Lots of possible scenarios.. My point is that for some reason most here are assuming MB must be a 🤬🤬🤬🤬... Why? Cause he throws up gang signs in pics? News flash ..kids do this in pics all the time

if you have time read all the threads here about MB's case. that helps me a lot.
