Question to Baden:
If OW had an orbital fracture would it effect his vision?
A:
If the officer was hit in the eye, yes, if would effect his vision.

-Way OT warning-

I think I have to edit 99% of my posts, thanks to posting from Tapatalk, autocorrect, and all that jazz.

Also, the amount of time I have spent following this case and threads reminds me of why I went cold-turkey from sleuthing a few years ago. It's like crack.

I. Can't. Stop.

(But no more for a while after this one. I hope. :o)

From previous post:

The other question was about whether death "opens" the records otherwise sealed. In general, no, unless there is something in MO that specifically provides for that, which I haven't seen and which I doubt exists. This type of record access is purely in the hands of the state. If they wanted sealed records available after the subject's death it would be so stated. Also, in general, privacy type rights (which are similar) survive the death of the person. Rights may also reside with the immediate family to protect the rights of the decedent. So, I highly doubt that death, in and of itself, would make the records available. It may be that the circumstances of the death would create a legitimate interest in someone so that they could then obtain the records under the court order standard. And, if the underlying offenses were sufficiently serious, the records would already be available.

Do you know if if it is legal to release an individual's juvenile record after they are deceased? There was discussion much earlier on thread #8 about this.

Prof. Parcells said a wound on Brown’s right arm was “consistent with a witness statement” that Brown was first shot while facing away from Wilson, but he stressed that he and Dr. Baden could not determine conclusively the trajectories of the bullets that hit Brown—or which direction he was moving—when he was shot. The wounds “could be consistent with going forward or going backward,” Dr. Baden said.

It seems like you are quoting a MSM source. Could you provide the link for that article please. Also I feel it important to point out that while Mr. Parcells presents himself as a professor, his actual credentials are in question. Thank you. And I do understand that this link may have been requested of you in the past but I personally have never made such request from you.

What would help me greatly is if I could visually "see" crime scene. I tried google, looked at scene photos, but I am not getting perspective. OW made a u-turn partially blocking street ahead of them, driver's side facing them at angle. Does anyone have dimensions, guesstimates? Was red cap close to OW's SUV? Where was car DJ hid behind? How far from SUV was where MB went down.

I am assuming MB was head facing SUV. Is that correct?

Dorian's attorney:

Missouri wants Freeman Bosley Jr.'s law license suspended for two years

February 18, 2014 12:00 pm • by Joe Holleman [email protected] 314-340-8254

http://www.stltoday.com/lifestyles/...cle_b2e8bc8a-a7f8-56cc-be06-fb099c733d4a.html

The panel contends that a minimum two-year suspension is warranted because Bosley, who went into private practice after losing a 1997 re-election bid, admitted in court Dec. 9 that he mishandled clients’ funds.

The panel also notes that Bosley may owe about $6,250 to health care providers involved in settlements Bosley orchestrated and that Bosley combined personal and client funds, used trust account money to pay personal expenses and failed to keep accurate records.

If Sally leaves at 920, and 47 miles away and drives at 45 mph at what time will she pass John who is travleing from the opposite direction, is 94 miles away , leaves at 932, and is traveling at 62 miles away
