Police say James Baldwin, 58, vehicle was found unoccupied on Tuesday. Family says he was last seen May 18. Police say the circumstances around Baldwin’s disappearance appear to be suspicious.

Baldwin is 5', 9", 160 pounds. HE goes by "JE." He suffers from cerebellar ataxia, which affects his speech. The circumstances around Baldwin’s disappearance appear to be suspicious.

Update: It is believed that the body of Mr. Baldwin was located in Greene County on June 28. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office is conducting the death investigation.

They were saying they would wait to see of this is a homicide. Where he was found was on opposite side of town (near me actually). Construction has been in that area for a few months, I believe they are widening the road.
