This is a strange story.
Withers says Wilder was a photographer, headed to Las Vegas for a job, when his car broke down in Joplin, Missouri. His family then bought him a bus ticket to return to Massachusetts.
“It stopped in St. Louis, and he never made it back on the bus,” Withers added.
They filed a missing person report, and then five days later, on Dec. 13, they said police reported Wilder was found dead in the back of a postal delivery truck less than half a mile away from the bus station.
