I don't get it. a 6 year old? OMG what has been done to this child to make him like this?

Something terrible is wrong here. Article says child has history of attacking other family members and is being evaluated for Mental condition. I hope they also investigate if he has been mistreated.

OP link broken. Child's name not released. Child was not prosecuted because of profound emotional issues.
