The Springfield Police Department issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a man with dementia.

James E. Zeilmann, 79, disappeared from his home at 2059 East Briar Street in Springfield Monday around 3:30 p.m. He suffers from dementia.

Zeilmann drives a red 2018 Ford Explorer with Missouri license plate MB1M6X. Police say he was en route to a dentist appointment he never arrived at, and he has not been heard from since.

Contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Springfield Police Department at (417) 864-1810 with information.
