Circumstances of Recovery - On 07/26/21, homeless individuals were walking by the exit ramp for 12th Street, along I35-N bound in Kansas City, MO when they saw an unoccupied duffel bag. The individuals approached the bag to go through it when they found mummified/skeleton human remains. No obvious signs of injury or foul play were observed.
